Wonderful Stay - Exactly what it looks like!

Had to book a last minute stay for our in-laws to join us in Naples because of the rental capacity limits in FL that we didn't know about that prevented them from staying with us in a different house. Booking was super easy. House was clean, well prepared for a vacation stay, and quiet! Spacious is an understatement for sure. Communication was no problem at all and the in-laws LOVED it!

At first glance, the home looked nice. After being there for a day, you start to notice the disrepair. The pool was clean the first day, and by the second day, there was green on the steps and the water was cloudy. The pool man came on our fourth day.

Our employees loved the house. They enjoyed having their own beds and 3 baths is a plus when you have 5 people, compared to 2 baths you have seen in most of the rentals. No problem with check- in.

Nice house

Place was nice except for the smell inside the house. We all thought it was mold, but not sure. Tried everything to get rid of it. Some of us couldn't sleep because of it.We stayed 4 days, if it was longer we would change the house

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Super clean. Great space. Plenty of towels for beach and shower. The kitchen had tons of gadgets and cookware that most vacations rentals don’t have. Check in and check out process was easy! Location was excellent. Few blocks from the beach. Absolutely loved it. Thank you for letting us rent your home.

Spacious house

Stayed with sons and their families. Great house however while it had 3 bathrooms online it was actually 2-1/2. I had called to make sure it was 3 full and told it was. Barbara the manager was friendly and helpful when we arrived.

The house smells like mildew

We couldn’t stay in the house due to the odor of mildew. The have diffusers to mask the smell. The beach chairs our old and run down.

Great stay!

The property was just as pictured. There was an issue with the pool. The equipment wasnt running when we got there. I had called management who said that either the pool company would be out or she would be out. We didnt see anyone for over 24 hours. Because of this the pool got quite dirty. Once the pool company came out though they fixed it and cleaned the pool. It ran fine after that. There were also some questionably clean surfaces, particularly the stove top. But we truly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Home and Relaxed Stay

The house was fun and functional. We appreciated that all linens were provided, including pool towels. There were home necessities like washing machine pods, dishwasher tabs, kitchen sponges, etc. We did have considerable trouble entering the home. The deadbolt and keyless entry did not work during our stay. We were unable to enter our first night and contacted the house manager who sounded quite annoyed with my call and even stated that the lock was difficult, but she didn't have a key to help us in. We were able to access entry by other means, which I was finally able to communicate to her. She promised she would reach out the following day to assist us further. She did not call until late evening the following day and promised she would come by the next morning, that being our second full day of rental. She never showed. It was very frustrating as we had to make arrangements to not use/lock the front door during our entire stay.

We had a wonderful time

This rental exceeded our expectations. It is very spacious and clean. The front door enters into the living room which has a great TV. No cable that I could determine but a great smart TV with good sound. There is a half bath off one side of the LV and on the other side are two bedrooms and full bath. Next up is the kitchen - very spacious, all new appliances, well equipped with cookware, plates, glasses (regular and plastic for the pool area) but no spices, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Kitchen was super clean. Beyond the kitchen there is a large laundry room, queen bedroom and the primary bedroom. The queen bedroom’s window is directly near the pool filter so we kept the shades down in that bedroom. The primary king bed was very comfortable. The other beds all looked like they had similar new mattresses. The primary bath was really special with a fantastic shower that had multiple shower heads. There is a tiki bar area and of course the outside pool area. The outside area is very private and pleasantly landscaped. The grill worked great. In addition to all of this, my experience with Barbara at Evolve was extremely pleasant. We were able to checkin a little early and checkout a little late which was super helpful. Barbara answered all my texts promptly. I highly recommend this rental and the Evolve team.
