The property is located on a marsh, and while the path skirts the marsh and leads to the beach about 100 yards away, we’ll review our listing to ensure this is clearly communicated. We also appreciate you noting that there are additional beaches a short drive away, which is depicted in the photos. We understand the challenges posed by the busy road and driveway, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused. We’ll consider providing more guidance to help guests navigate the driveway safely. Regarding the outdoor space and amenities, we regret that the seating and view did not meet your expectations.
