Four bedroom home within walking distance to Bayside Brewster beaches!

Waterfront on Cobbs Pond! Bring your kayak or canoe! Direct access to pond from back yard. Located on a private road, this lovely four bedroom home boasts access to three breathtaking Bayside beaches (.2 miles to Breakwater Beach)! Kitchen and bathrooms were renovated in 2024!

The main level of this home features an open layout in the living area including dining for 8 people. The first floor will have one bedroom with a Queen sleeper sofa and a full size bathroom located in the hallway off the kitchen. The second level of the home features the master bedroom with King size bed and ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms and another full size bathroom accessible in the hallway.

Situated in this desirable Bayside neighborhood, you will find yourself having access to three Bayside beaches! Along Breakwater Road, you will find Breakwater and Upper Breakwater beaches which are public and also the shared/private Breakwater Acres Beach.

Amenities include central air conditioning, washer/dryer located in the basement, dishwasher, gas grill and open outside shower just to name a few!

Special Note: Please know there is a chair lift that is located in the home and runs along the side of the stairway leading to the 2nd level. This is not for tenant use, but will remain in the home during the rental season.

The house was in a wonderful location with easy access to the private beach as well as accessing the amenities in town. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen items including papertowels, hand soap, toilet paper, and simple items that you may not remember to bring. It was oncomfortable to have two couples stay as the second bed is a pull out couch (double) that is not comfortable to sleep on.

Great place to stay!

We spent a week here and really enjoyed the house and location. The house is located on a quiet street, tucked back in the trees which provided privacy. The view of the pond out back from the deck was fantastic. There is also a covered side deck great for dinners outside. The property was clean on arrival, and while there are clearly a few things it looks like they are planning on updating it was still in great shape. There is a stair chair which was kind of a pain to get large suitcases around but really that slight inconvenience was worth the location and I'm sure it is there for a reason. The neighborhood beach is a short maybe 4 minute walk away and was never crowded. The central air was amazing as well!!
