The property was as expected but had been updated with beautiful decor. The only hick up we had was the code to get in. The code was only 4 numbers instead of six that was sent. The owner helped us right away. He was easy to contact and fixed the situation. I would definitely recommend this condo. It is in a great location that is in walking distance to restaurants and other stuff. The beach was absolutely stunning and just steps away from our accommodations.

Condo was as promised. Aaron was easy to work with. We were here for 12 days no issues. Family of 5 had plenty to do and loved how all the little things like boogie boards, balls, ect were left over and put in bin outside. No problems with AC, humidity, and place was clean when we got here. We added 4 new chairs to the collection on the balcony. My only suggestions would be there were 2 rusty chairs that need thrown away the orange ones, and the frying pans need replaced the coating is off of all 3 of them so everything sticks no matter how much pan spray you used.

Absolutely terrible. Came in to the home with sheets off the bed, dirty rags on the floor, pillows on the floor, and linens in the washing machine that had been there for who knows how long. Called to make a complaint and they said to send pictures but did not give me a timeframe of when to be sent by. They sent me a message not even 48 hours later (while trying to enjoy vacation) that they will be closing the case and not investigating further because I did not provide documentation in a timely manner. SO RUDE. Someone came to put sheets on the bed a couple of hours after check in and they were store bought, brand new, and placed on the bed without washing them first. Oh, the bathroom toilet downstairs never flushed.

Everything about this property was perfect! The unit itself is very nice and well appointed. The location is perfect as you have an array of dining choices and the beach just steps from the door. We will be utilizing this property again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family! The set up of bedrooms up top and living area downstairs was perfect. The location can't be beat right on the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There were great food options within walking distance nearby for food and we enjoyed them all (Island Donuts, Antonios Pizza, Ritas Ice Cream, and Crabbys). This was the perfect spot for our family beach getaway. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Property was as described, plentiful in things needed. We only stayed 2 nights but it was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Heated pool was nice, great beach view from the balcony. Cute ice cream shop in walking distance. Donut shop next door was great. Only issue was master bath shower didn't get past warm and didnt have great pressure.

Awesome St. Augustine

Fabulous city to explore and learn the history plus beautiful clean and wide empty beaches to relax and so walkable. Trolley tour, airboat ride on Sea Serpent and the San Marco fort and St. Augustine distillery were all fantastic. An amazing city with friendly people and great restaurants and beautiful boats and waterfront!!
