A relaxed architecturally designed beachside bungalow offering the perfect getaway for your next holiday. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Capricorn Dancer can accommodate up to 7 guests (additional pull out sofa bed ideally suited for 2 children available on request). The bungalow is fully equipped with modern amenities including wifi, stocked kitchen, a swimming pool, air conditioning and is also pet-friendly both inside and outside the home.

Situated just a 2-minute walk from the surf beach, you can enjoy the beautiful coastline at any time. The beach is also 24/7 dog-friendly allowing your furry friends to join in on the fun. If you fancy a leisurely stroll, the town centre is just a short 1.2km walk along the beachfront.

Capricorn Dancer features two living areas and two outdoor entertaining areas, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. The air-conditioned open-plan living, kitchen, office and dining area flow seamlessly onto the front deck, where you can enjoy the privacy and beauty of the surrounding blossoming trees. The front deck is equipped with a BBQ and an extendable table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation whilst still being able to engage with inside family and friends.

For additional space, the Breezeway offers a second large lounge room with a plenty of seating, a library, board games and another flat screen smart TV. The Breezeway living room also has a double pull-out sofa bed for additional guests (available upon request and recommended for children). Glass sliding doors provide access to the side spacious outdoor deck overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Here, you can unwind on the lounge chairs while keeping an eye on the kids in the pool or witness the magical night time sky.

The air-conditioned bedrooms are designed for a restful sleep, with the main bedroom overlooking the pool and featuring a queen-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom two offers a double bed, while bedroom three has two single beds and a single pull up trundle bed.

The main bathroom includes a bathtub, shower, vanity, and toilet, and there is a separate internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The fully fenced yard is a haven for kids and pets with beautiful established trees and lawn space to play on. An outdoor shower is also on hand to rinse off the salt and sand after a day at the beach. Everything you need for a beachside holiday is within walking distance.

The location is under one hour from Brisbane Airport and 45 minutes to the Sunshine Coast allowing for easy day trips. A short a 10-15 minute drive will bring you to the famous Sandstone Point Hotel.

Woorim Beach, protected by Moreton Island, offers safe and gentle waves perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, fishing, and sandcastle building. Just a short walk from the bungalow, you can explore kilometres of white sand and on most days, crystal-clear waters. You may even be lucky enough to spot resident dolphins along with whales and turtles during their seasonal visits. The nearby town centre offers a selection of cafes, pub, restaurants, shops, and the local surf club. Various walking and biking tracks, parks, exercise stations, and picnic spots are all within close proximity.

If you're a nature enthusiast, the surrounding bushland is a must-see. Take a leisurely stroll and spot native flora and fauna along the way. Keep an eye out for kangaroos and wallabies hopping about or glimpse the beautiful array of birdlife that calls this place home. It's a true paradise for nature lovers.

If 4WD'ing is your thing, let the tyres down, grab an online pass and head to the Ocean Beach entrance just 300m away. Along Ocean Beach you can explore cool creeks, take a break at one of four tannin-stained freshwater lagoons or stop and cast a line from the beach. At the north end of the drive, visit the heritage-listed World War II structures of Fort Bribie. In the dunes, discover weathered gun emplacements and searchlight buildings once used to defend Queensland's coastline.

As pet owners ourselves, we understand the importance of including your furry family members on your holiday. That's why we don't charge any pet fees and welcome dogs of any size to freely roam inside and outside the bungalow. We kindly request that they refrain from being on beds or furniture. The 24/7 dog-friendly (on leash) beach is just a 300m walk from the property, while the off-leash dog beach is a short 3-minute drive or a 30-minute walk away.

Guests are to be in family groups only and must not exceed 9 people . Strictly no parties or events!
Occupants must be over the age of 21 years old or accompanied by a person of parental age at all times.
We love our neighbours and the majority of them live here full time. Please keep the noise down between 9pm - 7am.
Your pooch is on holiday too and in a new surrounding so please don't leave them for long periods of time as their barking might stress our neighbours. No cats sorry.
