We had a great trip to the Texas Hill Country and this property served as a great home base. The property was close enough to Fredericksburg for convenience but also had the feeling of being out in the country. Our boys enjoyed exploring the property and wildlife. The home was clean, spacious and had a modern rustic feel. We would definitely stay at this property again!

The host is great, however the beds at this location are an extremely firm memory foam. Everyone in my party complained about how hard they were.

Debbie, a whole group raising the same concern about the beds tells us we need to act on that, and we have ordered new mattresses for the house that strike a better balance for guests who prefer something with more give. Glad the stay landed well otherwise, and we would love to have your crew back out here when the bluebonnets are running or for one of those long Hill Country weekends where nobody wants to leave. Kristi, an 8 out of 10 means a lot coming from someone who took the time to rate the stay without being asked to write a word. The Hill Country has a way of pulling people back, and we hope the house gets another shot at earning that extra point or two. Come see us again soon.
