We have a strict no party policy or loud noise, and breach of this will forfeit bond $1000. We value our neighbours who will contact if issue arises.

Insect and Pests- QLD is a tropical climate in which insects, rodents, lizards and other animals such as possums and snakes unfortunately exist and you may encounter these pests during your stay. All of our homes are treated regularly with insecticides and the residue of these treatments may sometimes leave some dead insects in the properties. This is not a sign of infestation, rather that the treatment is working. Please notify us immediately if you see any live insects, so we may take appropriate action. An encounter with a pest inside or outside of your rental is not reason for termination of your rental agreement nor a refund of all or any part of your monies.
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints. All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable. On public holidays and after hours it may at times prove difficult to get tradespeople straight away. We will always do everything we can to minimise inconvenience caused but cannot issue partial refunds or give discounts. Maintenance issues will not cause for discounts or refunds. Please report any maintenance issues, if any, as soon as possible after your arrival, so that we can have the opportunity to rectify for you in a timely and efficient manner Only the number of persons advised on the website and confirmed booking, are permitted to occupy the premises. In the event of renovation/building work being carried out near the premises, such work is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance, noise or inconvenience you may suffer as a result. No discount will be negotiated for any of the above.

The Penthouses
The location of the property was fantastic. Close to everything. The apartment was fully decked out we did not need anything. Kitchen well equipped with all the essentials available. We will return again.

Disappointed with our stay - not family friendly
The checkin process was not smooth I had to chase up codes in order to get the keys released to me.
The biggest issue we had as a family was that I had to consistently keep my kids quiet because a simple family game with kids laughing causes their noise reader to go off (I’ve never been in a place with a noise reader) I got an immediate email saying our level went above 70 do and to keep conversation to a minimum. Families with children avoid staying here if this is how it’s going to be.
