The entry level features the living area, kitchen, two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and an outdoor deck.

The living room offers plush leather furniture, a flat-screen HDTV, an electric fireplace, and beautiful views through a wall of windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a custom island. The dining area seats 8, with an additional 4 at the bar.

Both bedrooms on this level feature king-size beds, flat-screen HDTVs, private bathrooms, and direct access to the deck.
