We had a great stay. The house was immaculate, centrally located and just overall cozy. Fully stocked with all supplies. The host was extremely responsive to our questions.

My girlfriend and I were in town for a 3 day golf tournament. This property was perfect for our trip. Great location and very comfortable place to stay. The host was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. I will try to book next year for same tournament!

Sadly, we were not happy with a few things. The master bathroom had what appears to be mold on the ceiling and the shower stall was quite small. Difficult taking a shower! The hallway bathroom had what appeared to be little “fruit flies” over the walls when the light was on. Bathroom toilets are very old and low. We are Senior citizens and it was difficult getting up off the toilets. The driveway (tar) is cracked and sloped upward. The front step to the house has no handrails making it difficult for seniors with knee and hip issues (with nothing to hold on to). Older home that needs some improvements for sure. We used this home for taking showers and sleeping only. I would not recommend for seniors with difficulties.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry the home's layout wasn't the right fit for your needs. The property is a single-story ranch home, and its layout and features are shown in the listing photos. The driveway has a slight incline and some cracks, and repairs were completed along its side this summer. While the front steps meet building codes, we're considering adding a handrail for greater convenience. The primary bathroom has a smaller shower, and we understand that the home's features may not suit everyone's preferences. Our cleaning team has addressed the ceiling. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing a comfortable, well-maintained home for future guests.

Cape Cod Baseball Adventures

We booked this home last minute to come cheer for our son playing in the COD League and we’re not disappointed! It was a central location to be able to easily get to the ball parks. The property was clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed full amenities in the kitchen for cooking and grilling. Thank you for hosting our family!
