Nice place. Pretty clean. Would have been nice for a walk way to play golf without pushing the bushes out the way but over all I’d stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Sandpiper cove. It's a nice gated community. It was a short walk to the beach but for us we enjoy walking so that doesn't matter to us. Love how we are minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. We actually stayed 3X's in 2024 and we are planning are 2nd trip for 2025.

The use of the deck, view of the canal, view of the golf course and peaceful use of the condo was all but useless due to construction on our deck and on the deck of the unit above ours for nine of our eleven day stay. The unit should never have been rented during the period of construction. No peaceful use of the condo was available from 8:00 to 3:00 each day of the construction. In return we were offered a one day credit. What a joke. We could have stayed at a Motel 6 if we wanted to rent a bed.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry your stay was impacted by the construction — I completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you were expecting a peaceful and relaxing environment. The majority of the work was being done on your unit’s deck, with only three of the days involving construction on the unit above. The work was limited to daytime hours, approximately 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM each day. Unfortunately, this was necessary maintenance that could not be delayed. We do our best to balance keeping units safe and maintained while also minimizing disruption to our guests. The one-day credit offered was based on the limited hours the work was being conducted each day. I understand that may not feel sufficient given your experience, and I do apologize that it did not meet your expectations. Your comments are noted, and we will work on improving communication around situations like this moving forward. We do appreciate you staying with us and hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity under better circumstances.

Spring break

My 17 yr old daughter and I stayed 5 nights. Nice and quiet in community after 10. Pools are great. Close to beach. Note you are close to restaurants and grocery store but there is o my 1 entrance so it made for a long walk. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen could have been a little more stocked but nice overall. Washer/dryer is a plus. Don’t forget to bring your own detergent. We bought an Ice tray and donated to the condo. I would recommend this place.

Reviewer Comments: My sister and daughter stay 3 days in june 2024, very nice place would recommend to friends my only issue we had little visitors came out at night, but place was very clean and maintain but living near canal brought them out. But love the place and will come again.
