Good location to stay while fishing down in Boca Grande. Comfortable, relaxing pool, easy commute to the island. Host very easy to work with an accomodating.

Beautiful home! Very clean, washer and dryer a huge plus. Neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Neighbors friendly. Property manager was responsive to questions/concerns. Pool was spotless..unfortunately not heated and temps were cooler so we weren’t able to swim. There is a lovely patio by the pool where we enjoyed coffee every morning.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The open floor plan was so nice and the inside of the house was very spacious. The kids really enjoyed the foosball table and pool. The beds were also very comfortable. We really had everything we could need. The only 2things that could have made it better would be dressers in the bedrooms and hooks outside to hang wet towels and swim suits. We would definitely stay here again!

Great girls weekend

We were unsure about renting a house with no reviews. I reached out to the host and she answered all my questions, making me feel better about my decision to book. The house is in a simple, quiet neighborhood among golf courses. It was pretty well appointed and very clean. The pool area is a little small but worked great for us. The main area is quite roomy and visually appealing. The house is not on the beach but close enough to get to lots of places.From the house to Boca Grande (Gasparilla Inn / shopping area) was 20 minutes. To Manasota Key Beach - 18 minutes. Highly recommend Cape Haze Tavern (4 minutes) ! Apulia Osteria (7 minutes) and Farlow's on the Water (12 min.) were also great places to eat.

Family trip to rotonda west

Had a fairly nice stay, extenuating circumstances aside. (visit ended up being bookended by 2 major storms) My main pain points came down to the pool area being rather dirty, with algae and slime on large portions of the patio. Also, I had some chats with the host prior to arriving about the state of beaches in the area... i was told that the beaches had some limited access, but that most were accessible. However, upon arriving, *all* beaches in the area were completely closed off. I am a lifelong florida resident, so I understand the impact of storms. What bothered me was that expectations were not properly managed, and that plans for a day of beachcombing ended up being totally off the table.

Work Rental

My husband and I travel quite a bit for work and frequently use companies such as Vrbo in place of hotels. This home was newly remodeled and looked just as it does in the pictures. The location was nice, the neighborhood was clean and there are plenty of options for delivery services. The only complaint I had was the master bathroom shower was leaking from underneath the tub and flooding the bathroom as well as the garage directly behind it. It wasn't a huge deal for us due to having access to a second bathroom. Our stay there was only 3 days, we are currently renting another home in the same neighborhood but would definitely rent this home again once the plumbing issues are resolved.

Green Pool

We are a family of five and booked three days at this property. When we arrived, the pool was absolutely green. When I contacted the management company I was told I could go to Walmart and buy shock. Only after my father-in-law came to the house and discovered that the filter was completely clogged, did she send someone out to replace the filter. The pool was never not cloudy during our stay. There was a large amount of ants in the kitchen. When I told the Management company about the ants, I was told that she treated and that it was just that time of year. The Wi-Fi barely works. The hot water only lasted about 10 minutes. Every item in the home was in generic or terrible condition. The pots and pans look like they’ve been used 1000 times and 20 years old. The night before our checkout, we ran out of dishwasher detergent and so I asked her where I could get dishwasher detergent (there are several combo locks on cabinets and closets). I was told that I would need to buy some because the house only came with a starter set. I explained that I was not going to buy an entire pack of dishwasher detergent the night before we were checking out. She then offered to allow us to stay extra time because of the pool being green. I explained that didn’t really help us because she didn’t tell me or offer that until the night before we were checking out after we had been there for three days. Not a great experience.
