Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear that you found the home immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped for your stay. It’s wonderful to know that your family was comfortable, enjoyed the pool and spa after long days at the parks, and that the location and nearby conveniences worked out so well for you. We also truly appreciate your kind words about our responsiveness as our guests are our top priority! We are very sorry to hear about your experience at the resort’s clubhouse and waterpark. We certainly understand this was not the experience you were hoping for. Unfortunately, as the property manager of the home, we do not have control over the resort’s policies, rules, or guest behavior in those shared amenities. That said, we completely understand how important it is for our guests to feel comfortable and safe throughout their entire stay. We truly regret that this part of your experience fell short, and we will absolutely pass your feedback along to the resort management team to see if there are ways they can better monitor and manage these situations moving forward. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you and your family again in the future for an even more seamless and relaxing stay.
