Very well maintained building and pools. The condo is tastefully decorated. The mattresses on beds are firm yet plush and feel new and comfortable. There are plenty plates cups utensils pots etc. you need to bring your own salt pepper sugar etc. Mr Coffee pot (no filters) & a kerug (no kcups). The view is spectacular. Southern Rentals host responds immediately to questions. The pools sparkle. The beach is white sand, clear water! Will come back

Beautiful view. Comfortable and lovely furnishings. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Very happy with our stay. The apartment accommodates six people but there are only 4 dining chairs at the dining table so we could not eat together. We recommend adding two dining chairs. Thank you

We had an amazing stay!

My kids loved seeing the beach for the first time! We only stayed two nights, passing through, but it was absolutely perfect! We can't wait to come back!!!

Nice condi right on the beach!

My friends and I were so pleased with this condo. It was very clean and the building has great security. The beach view and access couldn't be beat. The hot tub and pools were clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

We love Emerald Isle. Two pools (one that is heated), large hot tub, and the shortest boardwalk I’ve ever seen (also no stairs!) all make this a perfect spot for families. Really liked this unit as well. Lots of storage and comfortable furniture. 4th floor was also nice if you don’t want to wait on the elevator but still has a great view.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed with our two children to attend our nieces wedding. Accommodations were just perfect for us! The twin beds meant each of the my children would sleep without bothering the other. Great views of the beach and easy beach access!

Gorgeous views and excellent location

The title says it all. The condo was comfortable and beautifully decorated with gorgeous views of the gulf and also the bay on the backside. The location was within 1 mile walking distance to every restaurant/bar and local shop we wanted to visit, and there was a free trolley available during peak season. Best beach vacation in years!

Beautiful condo, comfy furniture, great location. Had to call management several times because codes for parking and gates didn't work. Kitchen had everything we needed and more.

Great get away

Beautiful property, great location with ability to walk to restaurants easily. Property could use more blankets, pillows, etc, as we did have to go buy blankets while we were there as there were not enough for pull-out sofas and are not provided by Property management.
