The open living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that bring in natural light while leading directly to the Gulf-front patio. The ground-floor location allows for easy indoor-outdoor living, with the beach just steps away.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, brand-new appliances, and a refrigerator with a water filter and dual ice maker. Additional features include a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The dining area includes seating for six, along with additional bar seating for four.
The primary bedroom includes a king bed, Gulf views, direct patio access, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Additional sleeping is available with a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Guests have access to resort amenities including direct beach access via a private boardwalk, two Gulf-front pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, fitness center, and gated entry. Seasonal beach service with two chairs and one umbrella is included (March–October, weather permitting) and provided by La Dolce Vita Beach Rentals.
