Apartment offers large living room with large 58 inch smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances. The bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed with a large walk in closet. The apartment is clean, located centrally and easy access to downtown and the university! Bart is responsive and always promptly return my inquiries. However, the bedroom window is facing Richmond which is a main street that the noise of vehicles penetrates to the apartment all night! I think the issue stems from the window is single pane and does not block off any noises! Also we have 2 vehicles and the unit only offers 1 parking spot; so Bart charged 20 for the additional cost. We would have no problem paying until we saw just across the street of the apartment there was a municipal parking lot that charged 9 only! It feels a bit ripped off!Otherwise, we had a nice stay!

Great stay in London!

Very cute, clean and nicely decorated place for me and my husband’s weekend trip to London for a concert. Great location to Budweiser Gardens and great places to eat! Definitely check out Springbank Park for a nice place to walk and Toboggan Brewing for great craft beer and pizza.

Great weekend away

My husband and I came to town to see a concert and we enjoyed ourselves. The space was clean and comfortable and in a hreat locatio . We had no issues and the host's communication was great.

Apartment was very clean, and Bart was a quick communicator and very kind. There are 16 or so steps to climb to get to the apartment, and entry is off a busy street. Street noise was a slight issue, but I'm very sensitive to that. Bart set the temperature where I wanted it, let me check out an hour late, and let me use the parking spot for 2 more hours, so he was above and beyond accommodating. He also replied to every message from me almost immediately. I would say he's top notch with customer service, and I would definitely stay here again.
