Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the cabin beautiful, though we're truly sorry to hear you experienced issues during your stay. We wish we had known about the hot water concerns while you were at the cabin. Had you contacted us, we would have sent someone out immediately to resolve the issue quickly. The cabin was built less than five years ago, and this is the first time we have had any issue with hot water. The issue was a reset button on the water heater that had to be flipped back on. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay, so we have the opportunity to make things right. Regarding the amenities, our listing does not advertise a hot tub or direct access to the lake. The cabin is located on a scenic mountain top with lake views, and because the surrounding shoreline is owned and managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, there is no private access to the lake. The controller has been replaced on the PlayStation.
