Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Cabin features 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 2 sofa beds, 2 full bathrooms, large deck for outdoor dining, and 2 fire pits. This property is located within walking distance to Safe Harbor Wisdom Dock on Dale Hollow Lake. Relax on the porch, go fishing or boating, build a fire, or just spend time with family!
The space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, the 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd main floor bedroom has bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom, twin bed on top. The loft contains 2 twin beds with a sleeper sofa. The downstairs area has an additional living room with 2 bedrooms, each have queen size beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the main living room on the main floor. The master bedroom contains a full bath and there is another full bath in between the other bedrooms on the main floor.

The air condition unit was leaking water in the basement, we had to keep towels in the floor and still mop every couple of hours. I tried to contact the host about this but they never got back with me.

Weekend Stay

This property is nice overall for what we needed it for. We were not in the house much. If you do plan to be in the house more, you may want to bring extra toilet paper and trash bags, especially since they will charge you if you don’t have your trash in bags in the outdoor trash cans. House was picked up but not necessarily clean (layers of dust on ceiling fans and kitchen utensils left by the fire ring). The neighbors dog also was over most of our stay. He stole two pair of our shoes. One pair was brought back, the other was not.

Nice stay and helpful hosts

We had a very nice time with our family at the cabin. There was plenty of room and beds for our group of 10. There are two things we wish could have been different: 1. The cabin was not super clean. It wasn't dirty, but the cabinets and fridge needed a thorough wipe down (crumbs and some spillage). The windowsills had not been cleaned either - lots of bugs and dirt/dust. Additionally, the end tables in the bedrooms were pretty sticky and dirty. The bathrooms and beds were clean as well as the living rooms and kitchen table. 2. There is no bathroom in the basement, so for those going up and down the steps, additional lighting on the stair landing (especially with the dehumidifier hose stretched across the basement) would help keep folks safe. The owner and support were very helpful and responsive (there were some missing lightbulbs and dead remote batteries) when we needed something, which we really appreciated.

Spacious cabin

This cabin was perfect for the 14 of us! Plenty of beds , lots of rooms and a deck in the front and back. We loved how close it was to the boat ramp on Dale Hollow Lake

Dale Hollow Trip

The cabin was pretty clean inside with the exception of the microwave and oven needed some cleaning. We had plenty of room for our group of 10. However ,the outside was poorly maintained. We were unable to use the gas grill because it was so dirty, the decks had not been cleaned or swept off. there was an old A/C unit in the yard. Wisdom Dock was just down the road so that was a plus.

June 22 Stay

Cabin was nice with plenty of sleeping spaces and lots of porch space. The close proximity to Wisdom Dock is a plus. Only complaints - the grill needs new grill grates and roaming neighborhood cats using the outdoor furniture and leaving mounds of cat hair. One episode of backyard neighbors on a very loud Razer 4 wheeler coming up into the backyard while we were sitting by the fire pit at 11:00 pm and scaring us half to death. Otherwise very nice area and enjoyed our stay.

Cozy cabin good for groups

We stayed here over a holiday, the kitchen was great for cooking a big meal. The house is great for groups or families. A couple things could use updates, such as furniture, carpet. But otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
