Perched on the 24th floor, this spacious apartment provides an exclusive and serene retreat with panoramic views of the ocean and the stunning Gold Coast skyline. The open-concept living and dining area is tastefully furnished with modern decor, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation and entertainment.

Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, private ensuite, and floor-to-ceiling windows for waking up to incredible sunrise views. The king size bed can be split into 2 singles upon request.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (can be combined to a king-size bed upon request) with ample closet space and stylish furnishings.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom, perfect for friends, family, or colleagues traveling together.

Bathrooms:

Ensuite: Immaculate and modern, featuring a luxurious bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Main Bathroom: Well-appointed with a shower and all the amenities you need.
Powder Room: Conveniently located near the living area for guests.

Travel cot and high chair: are available for use, however please bring linen for the travel cot (no need to reserve)

No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
No pets, If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. This cost will be at the guests expense.
Opus observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $60 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$150 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (9pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We are including a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.
