Backyard was perfect being fenced in and having a pool. House was clean .Only suggestion would be to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms to circulate air better . House was a block from ocean which was great and a quiet area .

Location location location. Short walk to multiple beach access points. Very short drive to Main Street and larger stores like Walmart for shopping. This house was fantastic. The layout was perfect for a family vacation. Our kids loved the games in the garage. The rental company was very organized and communicative. We only had one issue, and they responded immediately and took action to correct. I would highly recommend to the property owners to install blinds in the bedrooms and living room. While the sheer curtains do prevent someone on the outside from seeing in, they do not block light at all.

I stayed with a party of four in March. Paradise Palms was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen and living room area had plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy. We were less than a quarter mile walk from Beach. Hillside Drive was also a really nice walk in the morning. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Our favorite part was the backyard. The yard was fully fenced in. It was quiet and private. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect!! Such a gem. This house felt like being at home. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and cozy. Huge plus is the outdoor area with the beautiful pool, fenced in backyard, and awesome landscaping. Best of all - NO STAIRS to climb. All around an A++. Special thanks to Cori at Elliott for helping us find this place, and all the members of the Elliott Realty team for a most enjoyable vacation!

Our stay was wonderful! A beautiful home! The pool was probably our favorite thing and the game room was a hit with the grandsons and the adults. The landscaping was great and the neighborhood quiet and well kept. I would have only 2 suggestions, the first bedroom on the right side of the hallway was warm like the ac not getting there and wish there was handrails in the handicap shower. Still love everything about the house since I have mobility issues it was great being it is a rancher and had that ramp. I hope I can come back next year. The Bailey's from WV

Paradise Palms is a fantastic house with a great location. Game room in the garage was a hit with the kids. The big con was that the pool had a lot of algae and chemicals were out of balance (pH was 6.4), so we stopped using it after the first (Sat) night and the pool company didn't get it resolved until Thursday afternoon. I would highly recommend the homeowner increase the frequency of pool maintenance or use a different pool management company. Overall it's a great house. This was our 3rd year booking with Elliott and their team is awesome and easily accessible if there are any issues. I spoke to Mary Beth on several occasions in following up on the pool and she was great!
