Love to stay on the boardwalk and be able to hear the ocean. Our stay was out of season so it wasn’t very crowded, but there wasn’t an awful lot open either.

The unit was very large, comfortable, and in a great location. Communications with the host were excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent property! This place is best place we have stayed in Ocean city. Family friends location, close to literally everything. Walkable for everything or jump on through public bus for things further down the strip/Main Street. You need to get your own TP/paper towels, but everything else you need is there. They have tons of beach chairs and toys. The building has an elevator for ease of moving in/out. They always respond-even to simple needs. Parking is around the corner a little bit, but we never needed the car all week.

Great place in the middle of all the action, but quiet. Place was clean and very large. Only issue was the parking because it is a walk.

The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk, most things in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and the host was responsive. The condo is clean, however it could use some updating, i.e carpet stained, bed slate broke, just wear and tear mostly. Overall we had a great time, lots of room, responsive host, and great location!

Family getaway

My mother is terminally ill and this was our "last family vacation" . The house accommodate 10 adults and 2 kids comfortably. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The balcony overlooking the board walk and beach was perfect. My mom is a ppl watcher and it was perfect for her. Also I was the perfect location!!! I was a lttle worried abt unpacking the suv and having to carrying several bags through a parling lot but i was able to pull the vehicle under the condo and unload at the door. The also provided bell hops which made everything so much easier. We will definitely be going back!! Higjly recommend!! Until next time 🌊🐙🦀🍹🌞💗

The amount of things wrong with this place was shocking! The carpets were beyond filthy, broken sinks, ice maker that was broken, towel bar missing in bathroom, water filter in refrigerator had not been changed since 2023, and only being there a few days, calling and reporting the mess would have had appliance people, carpet cleaning people, general contractors plumbers, so where is the quiet and peacefulness in all of that? The representative said the home met her approval, well, I didn’t feel comfortable with even my service dog laying on the carpet, and some dishes were dirty, cooktop was dirty, just so so disappointing! Yes, location was nice, parking a distance away wasn’t a huge issue. Make sure you take damage protection! A maintenance man we met said it was good we did, he said “they would have nailed us for all the filth and damage!” Of course they wouldn’t even consider any kind of recourse. We were glad to go home and be in a clean environment…. Do your research! We thought we did, so so disappointed and sad, it was a celebration weekend, we were embarrassed to share the home with our dearest friends.

Hello, I am very sorry that there was anything that you were disappointed in with the condo. As I stated in our correspondence, there was a very thorough inspection done just prior to your arrival which included over 80 photos of the condo and the condition. While I do understand that it is possible for something to be missed, you stayed in the condo for a week and did not report any issue whatsoever until you had departed, and I am not sure what maintenance man you spoke with but it absolutely was not anyone from our team that gave you that misinformation. Our team checked in on you during your stay at which time no issue was reported and we are available 24/7 for our guests. We do care very much about our guests having the best experience possible however reporting cleaning issues at the end of your stay does not allow us any opportunity to rectify any issue. I am sorry that we were not given the opportunity to address those items for you, we would have done so immediately. I do hope that you enjoyed your week at the beach. Take care, Dorothy
