Oceanfront ground level condo on the boardwalk! Owner has just updated this condo to be the perfect vacation home! This 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo is in the perfect boardwalk location! Walk out your front door and enjoy your amazing view of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean! Main bedroom has a double bed and single bed. Second bedroom has a bunk bed with a single on top, double on bottom and trundle under that. There is one assigned parking spot and the building has a laundry room where you can use the washer and dryer (paid by quarters.)

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

**Linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available for $115. A complete line set includes a sheet and pillowcase for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.

This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the offseason. If you need different arrangements, please contact us to inquire.

Wonderful Location

Great communication with property liaison, easy check in, and great location! Simple property that is right on the boardwalk and far away enough from the crowds. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Great location

Perfect location to be right on the beach and boardwalk but not in the middle of the really busy part. There was actually more in the kitchen than anticipated. Overall it was clean but there were some areas the cleaners clearly overlooked.

Relaxation time

Place was comfortable.. living room could be updated to a smart tv. Floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in a while.. that was my only cleanliness issue.. also had small ants perfect on the boardwalk.. definitely would go again.

Great condo! Perfect for a family. We had a toddler and 2 teenagers and both age groups were happy. The teens easily could go to the boardwalk right from the front door and beach was easily accessible with a toddler. Only suggestion is to bring a portable fan for living room because there is no window aircon unit and the ceiling fan was not enough for the whole room. 10 out 10!

Newly Renovated and it Shows

My entire family travels annually to this location. We have observed this unit and its renters for year. It is clear that whoever purchased the unit and renovated took great care in ensuring it was a safe and homey place for all who stay there. The bathroom is actually a Jack and Jill which was perfect for myself and three children. Kitchen is well equipped as well...just exactly what we needed for some r and r

Poorly maintained walked into dirty dishes in cabinets, dirty shower curtain, some very week floor spots in master bedroom mouse dropping in stove and on dishes we had to clean Trying to get the owner to admit to fault or offer compensation has been a struggle to say the least
