Welcome to our inviting family, pet friendly retreat situated in the most loved estates of Baldivis, with easy access to Nature walks and beaches. This spacious home offers a delightful setting for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. Comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have king-beds and two minor bedrooms. Our home can comfortably host up to 6 people. It's only a 5 min drive from the Kwinana Freeway on a quiet street and has lovely nearby parks and plenty of nature walks and beaches 15 min away. Coles, Kmart etc are 5 mins walk with cafes, restaurants, and fast-food eateries.
The space
Comprising two master-sized rooms with king-sized bedroom suites, the primary master features its own ensuite with toilet and walk-in wardrobe. You will love the rain shower in each bathroom and freestanding oversized bath! Both bathrooms are fully renovated and modern for your pleasure. The additional
two generously sized bedrooms include one with a king single bed ideal for a teenager, and the other with a single bed and ample storage, both equipped with tallboys and built-in wardrobes. A queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the second living area provides additional accommodation for
two adults. In total, this cosy family home can comfortably host up to 6 people using existing bedding. The house comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, with two separate living
areas and two toilets. The large theatre room boasts a 65-inch smart TV with super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and all the cooking essentials to create your own meals.

The fully fenced back yard is secure and fully paved which is perfect for families to enjoy a barbecue outdoors with an expansive area for the kids to play safely. Ride their bikes or play basketball, hoop and balls are provided.

Guest access
Guest can use all parts of the house, except for the garage which is locked and for use of the host for storage etc. parking is provided for in the drive way for up to two cars.

No parking allowed on the street, grass or verge. Driveway allows for two cars or caravans.
Other things to note
Garage is being used for storage purposes and it will be locked and it is not for use.

There are two bathrooms. Main and ensuite.

Parking permitted on the drive way only.

Large house in convenient location

Clean and spacious home with plenty of room for everyone. Property was pet friendly and perfect for our chihuaua puppy

What a great house with great otdoor spaceWe have throughouly enjoyed our time in Baldivis, in your home from home! As were both executive chefs in London its been great to find such a well equipped kitchen "with plenty of chefs tools & a nicely stoked larder" We have bought an extra set of plates just to top up yours, as we have done lots of family entertaining & the larder is now bursting at the seams LOL!

Brilliant family home, our family recently stayed in Jason's home for 2.5 weeks as we awaited the arrival of our third child, house is huge and well laid out with the master down one end and kids down the other, huge paved back yard for our kids to ride their bikes or play with the provided basketball hoop, also a lovely alfresco area with an exceptional BBQ. Location of this property is a stand out for this area, you can walk to the shopping centre, plenty of little parks, green spaces all within walking distance, quick and easy access to Rockingham hospital, beach or free way. Communication with host was very efficient, host even allowing us to store our Caravan (our home) in the driveway for the duration of our stay. The only reason this didn't hit 5 stars was the cleanliness of the property on arrival, this is a pet friendly house and we found there to be alot of pet hair and odor through out the property, we also had few minor maintenance issues that were promptly resolved. Overall we would definitely stay again and highly reccomend to anyone visiting this area!
