Perfect quiet getaway

Our family (adult children) enjoyed the less populated and quiet beach. The access to the beach was important to us. We would stay here again.

Perfect family getaway!

Spring Break trip to Perdido Key for our family of 5. Beautiful unit, very nicely decorated and all the amenities you would need. This is a quiet area compared to nearby Gulf Shores which makes it ideal for our younger kids. Would definitely stay again!

Tuesday morning the fire alarms went of. I called and lady I talked to said she didn’t know of any test going on. She would check. Ran into a guy on the elevator, he said the were testing the fire alarms. Said they were suppose to notify everyone. Disappointed about not hearing. Went off and on for an hour.

Amazing Ocean Front Vacation

Amazing view of the Ocean. So peaceful. I guess I spent a couple hours a day just on the balcony watching the ocean. Seeing dolphins in the morning and watching the seagulls get there breakfast. The beach was not crowded at all. The condo was very clean. Beds were amazing. Had plenty of room for our crew. Looking for another stay next year.

The location was great, right on the beach and the condo group with the pool was very nice. Our particular unit was very dated and a little run down but we didn’t spend a ton of time in the room so it wasn’t that bad

Great location! Beautiful beach views! Condo Needs updating

The location is perfect! The beach is never crowded and we absolutely love this area of Perdido Key. The condo could use some updating, but overall, super easy to access and fine for a week. The balcony chairs could certainly be updated to something more comfortable in order to enjoy the views.

Very Nice Condo!

The check in was super easy, no need to go to the office at all. The condo was well stocked with starters like soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher detergent. The unit was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The beaches and pool were not overcrowded, even though it was spring break. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location right on the beach. Easy access over boardwalk. Good security features. #303 was comfortably furnished and well appointed with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, utensils . . . but some of the basics (soap, dish soap, toilet paper) were not provided, only starter amounts. No hairdryer. Loved the balcony and ability to open master windows to hear the waves.

No tents allowed at Perdido Towers. If I had known this I would have booked elsewhere. (This was important to us) We had to go buy umbrellas for our stay after we had hauled a tent. However, the walk to beach was quick and the beach was not crowded. The condo was very clean The master bedroom was large and had a great view. Bathrooms were on the small side. Kitchen had everything one needed. The parking pass was not in condo but after a quick text we had a temporary solution. The parking pass was delivered the next morning. Balcony had great views but only big enough for 2 chairs.

Convenient

The property was just as described in listing and previous reviews. Lots going on in there. The shower didn’t drain which was gross. I can get past all the other oddities within the unit itself. The overall property was great. Great location for us, great staff (security guard, maintenance), chair rental available, and pool. Finding the unit was a bit tricky with all the doors but we found it! Only 10 floors so it is a quick in and out to the pool or beach.

The condo had way too much furniture in it & too many pictures on the wall!!! We felt closed in! Renting the beach chairs was difficult there was no number to call to rent chairs and umbrellas!

Comfortable condo in Perdido

Property was great and super comfy. The beds were comfortable (which is so rare at at a rental). Loved the chairs on the deck. And great to have a Roku to use!
