We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect! My Grandkids and 2 of their friends loved the park, pool and basketball court. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Great stay, accurate listing outside of the pool mid chemical treatment so it was unusable. Host communicated that to us upon arrival. We booked for a landing pad as our group navigated moving two boys into college so no pool was no big deal.

Property is very spacious and clean. The master bath is gorgeous but proportions are definitely for tall people. I am 5ft and had difficulty reaching the sinks and could not use the mirrors. Would be helpful if there was a full length mirror in there to accommodate. The hot tub didn't work and the backyard needed attention. The host included coffee and left us a bottle of wine which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. I would recommend having some water provided for check in as I flew in from an out of town business trip and had to immediately go shopping. Beds were very comfortable and the configuration worked well for our family. Would definitely consider this property again.

Owner messaged after Noon on check in day to tell us the pool was inoperable and wouldn't be available. By looking at the color of the pool, this was not a new issue and it was too late to cancel and book another option. The owner said there was a pass to a community pool. THAT PASS WAS EXPIRED. The yard was a disgusting patch of over grown weeds and dirt/sand. The owner completely ignored my messages until I mentioned a bad review and then said he would send a refund for no use of a pool, which didn't come. The inside of the house was just OK. We only booked this house for a private pool when there were closer options to where we had to be. Stay away if that's important to you.

Yes, unfortunately the pool was unavailable at the time and the neighborhood pool pass had just expired (I have renewed it for another year). It was one of those perfect storms. I apologized and was working on making it right when I decided to stop communicating with him after he sent a threatening reply.

My family and I came out for my mother's memorial. I easily found this listing on VRBO after entering my criteria. The exact dates needed were available. The yard was well-maintained, and the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us, and it could have slept more. Pet-friendly, nice neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and always responded to my emails and texts promptly. We did not get to try out the hot tub or the community pool. The location was ideal, within 5 minutes from a Super Walmart, restaurants, and a list of other stores.

Wedding Visit

Our daughter got married in Winter Park and our rental was perfect for extended family. It was close to all the events and we had an amazing time. Very clean and comfortable for the three generations staying there. Would book again.

Very clean and Awesome master shower!

We had a great and relaxing stay. The house is very clean and pictures do not donut justice. The master bath is awesome! My dog had a blast in the back yard and they even had balls for him to play with. Would definitely stay here again. And Jeremy the host was so helpful🤗 TYoung

Fantastic house!!!

This is a beautifully remodeled home with a “farm house” style interior and all new kitchen appliances. It’s super clean and it was perfect for our 7 adults attending UCF graduation. The neighborhood felt very safe, even met a few of the neighbors, and was great for a morning jog. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Pictures of inside were accurate. But the outside was atrocious. Horrible neighborhood. The pool in the backyard was dirty and the so called hot tub looked like an inflatable. I recently retired after 35 years and was attending my son’s grand opening of the first Whataburger in Orlando. My siblings and their spouses traveled with me. They were sorely disappointed by the neighborhood. We were expecting an elite pool and hot tub as well as beautiful attractions in walking distance. Not…the outside of house was nasty, trashcan not even emptied and cleaned. The outside curtain to one room had gaps where someone could be a peeping Tom or break in. I told the host we didn’t travel over 16 hours for this experience and I have pictures to prove it. He was not willing to refund at least 80% of my money…. Therefore, I am contacting theBBB. The outside of the home and neighborhood were deplorable. Being an educator of 35 years and so looking forward to my son’s celebration, we left the place after the host was not empathetic nor understanding. We therefore had to spend almost two hours looking for hotels which most were booked due to graduation. I still hoping the host could have been more understanding and reasonable . We missed out on exploring Orlando because we had to spend our money on hotel stay… Such a horrible experience.

3 generation trip

Absolutely wonderful! We brought my parents and my husband’s parents to visit our son in his new town of Winter Springs/Casselberry area. Highly recommend this place! Host is kind and attentive. Everything was as advertised! Very clean and decorated really nice! Beds were so comfy. We didn’t use the hot tub or pool but the back yard was great for family time sitting under the pergola lights at night! We plan to return for our next visit! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Beautiful renovated home.

Everything was fabulous in the house. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wall air conditioners worked well. Master bathroom AMAZING. The waterfall shower was a real treat. A few small issues: master bedroom barn door wouldn’t stay open which was a huge problem for my blind dog. Also, the grass outside was terrible. No real grass at all, none of the neighbors had normal grass either. The grass was all burned and dry which was horrible for my dogs. They refused to walk on it which made it extremely difficult. Other than those few issues, the house was good and cozy.

Casselberry Wedding Accommodation

We booked Jeremy's home in Casselberry for my our granddaughter's wedding in Winter Park for 9 adults. By making previous arrangements with Jeremy we were able to host a rehearsal dinner celebration. The pictures in the listing are exactly as the home is. The house is very spacious, wonderfully decorated, very well maintained and extremely comfortable. We, and our guests, enjoyed the outdoor area and hot tub as well. Any issues that we encountered were immediately taken care of by Jeremy. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The only thing negative that I can mention is the lack of some basic kitchen utensils (hand mixer, cheese grater, metal tongs). The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we found the location perfect for our needs. We would highly recommend this rental for families or couples. We would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you, Jeremy.
