This is a beautiful home that had everything we needed! We love the easy access to the lake whether you’re driving to the marina or accessing the lake there on the property. The home was clean and very family friendly. Great communication with the owners as well!

Our family of 8 adults and 5 small children had an amazing time at this beautifully decorated, spacious home! Everything was as advertised in the listing. Close to beaches in the area and a very short, walk down the hill to the lake. Kitchen is well supplied with just about everything you need. Communication with host was excellent and checking in/check out process was smooth.

We had a great Labor Day weekend. The home was very nice, perfect for our family; is in a great location for lake access; host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Hamilton. It was perfect for three families. We pulled our boat behind the house and had the best time. House is spacious, clean, and great layout.

It was a beautiful house. We enjoyed the spacious living room with comfy furniture to sit, relax, & visit. The hot tub was an added luxury for some of us. It was close in proximity to restaurants & shopping. The view from back deck was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house!

Great family vacaty

Three generations gathered at this lovely home to enjoy a long weekend together. There were things for everyone to do…games, hot tub, television, watching deer from the deck and, of course, the lake. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely come back!!

Wonderful home

Our stay was perfect! The house is spacious, the bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and nicely appointed. We had a game room and really enjoyed the hot tub. We watched the birds from the back deck and had a view of Ty’s lake. It looks like the house was recently remodeled, and has some really nice details. I’d love to come stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Hamilton Heber Springs home. Plenty of space with a floor plan that worked great for our family of 7 adults and two grandchildren. Very quiet neighborhood. Huge deck with a short walk down the hill to the lake. Great communication. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend the Hamilton Heber Springs to anyone looking for beautiful home in Heber Springs close to the lake, marina and park.

Beautiful Home

We used the space for family to meet my Sister and her new boyfriend from Texas. It has everything we needed. Plenty of space and a table for all 9 of us to sit together for meals. We own a boat at the nearby Marina, so it was convenient to get there. We made all of our meals, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed.

Grandchildren get away

Our grandchildren live at opposite ends of Arkansas and Louisiana. We dreamed of getting all of them together with their great grandmother, aunts and cousins. Great location and the kids loved walking down the path to the water. Wildlife was abundant from the back porch. Soothing atmosphere for anyone.

Family Reunion 2024

This place is awesome! There is ample space to have family dinners, cooking, playtime, movies, hiking, and Alone time. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The kids asked for a golden spoon for their cereal!!! The closets are packed with all baby gear! The game room is full of games for all ages ! We found a deck of cards, also. Something I forgot! We made Dirt Cake in the small glasses, had watermelon on the deck, and rode our scooters around the block. Our 57th Family Reunion at Heber Rec Area was just around the corner.

FUN was had by ALL

Myself & a friend of mine took on 10 teenagers, my daughter & her friend group mixed boys & girls aged 15, 16 & 17. The weather turned out to be much cooler than expected & a bit rainy too but we were in the perfect house for staying indoors. The ping pong table & foosball table were an enormous hit as was the hot tub. The large open floor plan was wonderful for everyone gathered for meals & snacks. This is a clean, beautiful, well put together home. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The gas fireplaces add to the light atmosphere. Smart TVs in every bedroom, den & room with hot tub were great too. I can’t remember if there was one in game room. The huge blue tooth speaker was a big hit for the teens as well, it got moved about the house for them to play their playlists. The hosts were very communicative & helpful every step of the way. TYVM for sharing your beautiful home with us!!! I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience, it was great, even taking on 10 teenagers!!!😂❤️

The property was very easy to access. The home was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed. The main bedroom and ensuite bathroom were particularly luxurious. Family members loved using the hot tub, and the outdoor deck was spacious. The younger members in the family especially liked the enclosed game room. The surrounding area is private and peaceful, yet restaurants and the lake are a short distance. We loved our stay!
