The rental was just as listed. Host was quick to respond to emails. Place was very clean and very organized. Honestly could say this home is perfect. Great weekend!

The house was great, lots of fun things to do and everything was as advertised. We has a plumbing issue with one of the bathrooms, but the host was very responsive and sent maintenance to check it out promptly.

This is my second time staying at this property and we love it . we got caught in the storm on 4 July but other than that, we’ll be back again to stay at the same house thanks Eugene for everything.

There were ten of us ranging in age from 2-64. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us. Lots of little spots to escape to. The volleyball court was a big hit as well as the game room downstairs.

Eugene was a fantastic host and quick with all communications. The home served our multi-generational family gathering perfectly with plenty of spots for the grandparents to see the grandkids playing in the game room, enjoying the yard (waaaay bigger than anything else in the market), and taking advantage of the stream. Highly recommend!

The house was large and accommodated our large group, the master bathroom was well done, we enjoyed the firepit, hot tub, and the 3 community pools. It was nice to have a large dining room table to eat together. Location was good. Our major complaints were the dishwasher didn't really work, the hand soap was watered down to being more like water, there was only 2 towels per room, no extra towels for the hot tub or pools, no blankets in the living room or extra blankets in the rooms. We had to make our own beds for the bunk beds in 2 rooms.

Great big house with tons of activities — pool table, ping pong, poker table, jacuzzi, creek, and even a volleyball court. It’s a great place for a group getaway and there’s plenty to keep everyone entertained.The only downside was the acoustics. You can hear pretty much everything throughout the house, so sleeping can be difficult unless everyone goes to bed around the same time. Communication and coordination within your group is definitely important if some people want to stay up later than others.

Spacious house with bedrooms good enough for 20 travelers. We liked the outdoor fire pit and kids liked the outdoor space.

Great place for a big group!

This property has everything you need if you want a nice get away with multiple families! The house is extremely spacious and clean! The game rooms and huge yard are a plus! My friends and family are already trying to figure out another weekend we can rent this house again!

Beautiful grounds

This spacious modern looking house held our ten adults and six children comfortably. The creek and wooded lot were exceptional. The owner was pleasant. We would definitely rent this home again.

Quick Weekend Getaway

Our stay at this Saw Creek Estates property this weekend was exceptional. The house was spacious and clean and provided enough amenities to keep my group occupied. The owner was timely and efficient with all communication. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away with a group.

Ideal extended-family vacation house

Our family (13 total) thought the house and property had lots of space for people to do their own thing. Local attractions and and community amenities provided plenty to do. We take an extended-family vacation every summer and this property was voted a winner by all.

The home is on a beautiful piece of property, but the amenities in Saw Creek Estates are anything but luxurious. They are fine…average, but not as described on the internet. The house has adaquet sleeping areas, but the kitchen is EXTREMELY small. We were a party of 11 and found the small refrigerator and lack of counter space challenging. It’s ice maker, oven and dishwasher under performed. Bummer.The communication with the owner was fantastic, but details like having to haul your own garbage bags in your car to the dump, a lack of “fobs” that let you use the amenities (only 6 are provided and it costs 120 a week to purchase one), and the endless stairs and crazy layout really took away from the experience. It was an ok experience, but we would not come back to this house or to this community.

Fun weekend stay!

Girls weekend on a beautiful property! The kitchen is a little more snug than the photos implied but it worked. The mattresses were firm which some appreciated, but some weren’t a fan of but that is a personal preference. We had plenty of space to spread out and have a cozy fire at the fireplace!
