Emerald Towers West 1006 - Breezy Beachcomber is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo, just steps from the Gulf of Mexico, sleeping up to 6 guests. This ground-floor unit offers easy access and convenient parking, ideal for families with children. Enjoy stunning views from the living room and master bedroom balconies. The master suite includes a desk, TV, and an updated walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Relax with meals at the breakfast bar, dining table, or on the balcony. This unit has everything you need for the perfect vacation!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

We were very impressed with the property. We love that everything was so so accurate and accommodating. Getting around town was pretty easy. The beach access was wonderful. Everything was very clean. 10 out of 10 experience. We will definitely be back. This was one of the best vactions we have had to date. We had 1 slight hiccup with the hall bathroom that wouldnt flush but maintenance came very quickly and the rest of the stay was perfect.

No one could walk in front of the back balcony due to the secured sand dunes; and the view of the gulf was perfect! The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable! My husband LOVED the free rounds of golf at different courses each day. Also, the beaches weren’t very crowded due to no high rises close by. The 2 complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were an extra plus! We would definitely return!

My only complaint was it was very dirty. My wife and I had to spend the first day of our vacation cleaning(sweeping, mopping, and cleaning dishes that were put away dirty). Not the way to start off a vacation. After that though it was great.

However; the condo was not clean, items were broken or not functioning, such as some of the cable channels, light bulbs, bathroom fixtures. There were stains on the carpet, on the furniture. Blankets were dirty, floor was black. We will definately return to the propety...IF, it is cleaner and in good repair, next time.
