SituĂ© dans un dĂ©veloppement nouvellement construit voisin du Rehoboth Beach Country Club, vous pouvez profiter d'une maison faite pour les familles qui veulent ĂȘtre proches de tout le plaisir de la plage tout en ayant une retraite calme et idyllique pour se dĂ©tendre le soir.

À l'intĂ©rieur, vous serez accueillis avec une cuisine entiĂšrement fonctionnelle, un grand salon avec des plafonds voĂ»tĂ©s, un grand lit king-size principal, 2 lits simples supplĂ©mentaires dans la deuxiĂšme chambre et un tout nouveau lit jumeau dans la troisiĂšme chambre. Il y a une salle de bain complĂšte dans la chambre principale et une autre salle de bain complĂšte situĂ©e hors du salon.

Avec une piscine juste devant votre porte d'entrĂ©e, vous pouvez passer des heures Ă  vous dĂ©tendre sur le porche, sans avoir Ă  quitter les enfants des yeux! Les repas du soir peuvent ĂȘtre apprĂ©ciĂ©s Ă  l'extĂ©rieur dans le porche grillagĂ© ou sur le pont arriĂšre.

La maison est équipée de climatisation en plus de ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque piÚce. Le Wi-Fi gratuit, 3 téléviseurs / lecteurs DVD, une laveuse / sécheuse et un lave-vaisselle sont également inclus.

Quick 4th of July Getaway!

We rented this property for a short 2-night stay in Rehoboth for the 4th of July. The check-in process was seamless and easy. As the trip was approaching, the owner sent us a detailed email about the property, rules, and info about the surrounding area and answered any questions we may have had. The house was beautiful and clean. There was even a small library with a note that we could take a book to go if we wanted. The house was directly across from the community pool that we enjoyed on Saturday. We do plan to stay here again.

We had a great stay for my wife's 59th birthday. A day at the beach was easy enough to get to. The residence area was quiet and calm! The house is relatively new, very clean and spacious. We highly recommend it!

A wonderful vacation place

The house is amazing and perfect for 6 guests. Plenty of room, open layout, everything on one floor and the only steps are on the front porch and back porch. The location is central to pretty much everything. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented. The host is very attentive and willing to help in any way. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Another amazing stay

This was our fourth time staying at this beautiful home. We had a wonderful time. The house is so clean and nice and has everything we need as a family of 5. The beach and Funland are only 15 min away. The neighborhood pool is right in front and several days we had it to ourselves for hours. We really hope to stay next year for a 5th time. My kids and I are always sad to leave and can’t wait to come back!

Great house in a beautiful community. The pool access was wonderful for our grandchildren. House was clean and spacious. Not far from the beach, but traffic was terrible and parking is difficult at the beach in Rehoboth.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was as wonderful as our first visit! Great neighborhood (far enough but close enough to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants) clean, welcoming home, plenty of space for our family of three. Wonderful Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Stacie's home! It was convenient to stores, the outlets, and the beach. Stacie is such a fabulous host! The home is charming and comfortable and and it's located in a quiet neighborhood. Pool access was a definite plus for my son. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch in the evenings! Highly recommend staying here for your next beach getaway. We hope to come back next year!

Quiet location but close to everything.

We searched for a long time trying to find the right place. And when we found this place we figured it might be a little too small. But it turned out to be the perfect size for a family of four. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and the pool was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach or highway. We will hopefully be back next year.

Hello! I currently live in Leeds, England and have done for about 22 years now. I am originally from Delaware and have been raised spending my summers in Rehoboth Beach.

When I moved overseas, what I missed the most was the beach. I wanted to give my kids the chance to have the same great memories I had growing up.

We are not over until late July every summer which gives us the perfect chance to allow other families to make memories here as well.

We hope you choose our home to begin creating your own fantastic memories and family traditions. Please ask if there is any help we can provide in making this the ideal getaway for you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Rehoboth truly is a home base for me. I have such special memories from every stage of life here and there is not one requirement to the ideal vacation that this area doesn't fulfill for us.

One aspect about Rehoboth I find to be the most appealing is its diversity in what is here at your fingertips.

You can go from the beach to roam the lively boardwalk filled with family-run amusement parks, restaurants, bars, and designer shopping.

When a shopping day is in order, there are not enough hours in the day to cover all the Outlet Shopping there is on offer.

Restaurants? Whatever you taste-buds are calling for, they will be satisfied. Personally, being a big sushi fan, I cant get enough of Saketumi or Cultured Pearl...my all time favorite restaurants.

My kids are never bored. Between the beach and boardwalk fun, theres mini golf everywhere you look, waterslides, local cinema, and watersports galore. Henelopen State Park is a short drive away, and its always worth going for a ride on the Cape May Lewes Ferry ride.

Rehoboth is a great 'hub' of sorts. In a close proximity you have Lewes Beach, Dewey Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Beach, and Ocean City Maryland. All have their own adventures and great attractions for days out.

No matter what your age, Id be happy to give recommendations on where to go and what to do... I love this place and I know you will too.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is in a brand new secluded development of only 30 homes. These homes share a pool which is situated right outside the front of our property.

Being located back near the Country Club, it is a very quiet street. There is not a lot of traffic, which makes it a great place to come back from the beach or boardwalk to a nice, quiet setting, put the kids to bed, and enjoy a drink out on the porch.

It is also a fantastic place to go for a bike ride. Interlocking neighborhoods and a quiet road around the Country Club is a great bike riding route with little traffic.

Our home has not only a spacious front porch that can be enjoyed, but also a back deck and a back screened in porch which has a secondary sitting area for family meals.

We love the thought we can sit out front on the porch while the kids play in the pool right in front of us and we dont have to take our eyes off of them!

All of the beds are ultra comfortable, but it has to be said that the Master king bed is honestly one of the most comfortable beds I ever stayed in. I feel like a true Queen when I am there.
