Sea Quest est une maison de deux étages nouvellement construite située à distance de marche de l'accès à la plage publique adjacente au quartier d'Olivia Beach à SW Lincoln City. Avec quatre chambres et deux salles de bain et demi, cette maison de vacances pourra accueillir confortablement jusqu'à dix personnes. Cette belle maison est pleine de coquillages, poissons et autres décorations nautiques dans un jeu de couleurs bleu et blanc agréable. Il y a même une "crique pour enfants" où seuls les enfants sont autorisés à se détendre et se divertir pendant que les parents se détendent et se détendent. Avec une salle familiale séparée et un garage, cette maison a beaucoup d'espace pour tout le monde. Le coin salon du porche est confortable et accueillant lors des journées chaudes et ensoleillées de la côte de l'Oregon. Une laveuse et une sécheuse sont à votre disposition dans cette maison si vous souhaitez laver le maillot de bain ou faire votre lessive avant de rentrer chez vous. La cuisine spacieuse est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour préparer le repas préféré de votre famille. Des sièges supplémentaires sont disponibles au comptoir avec des chaises de bar. Good Location needs some love

The location was great, but the property needs a deep clean and some maintenance. The size and layout of the house was perfect for our family.

Comfortable and close to beach

Overall this was a decent place to stay. It was fairly clean, but just a bit rundown in areas. It was close to the beach and comfortable. There was one bed that our friends said was pretty hard but we had 1 group had people who didn't come

Addressed our concerns but skipped some cleaning of floors, chairs, cobwebs, carpet stains, and grimey bannisters. Loved the quiet and roominess. Overall, beautiful home, just needs more attention to esthetic details.

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful girl’s weekend at this property. It was better in person than in pictures. There were 5 of us and there were 5 separate rooms so it was perfect. The walk to the beach was easy and we were close to downtown Lincoln City and neighboring towns. The house was comfortable and we felt at home. We loved it!

We enjoyed our time at this rental. The only negative was the parking. It is a long driveway and hard to back out. There is no ocean view and the front view is of the house in front. The back view is of some trees and a road.

Interesting location but great house

It's kinda hard to find as it's on a flag lot. There's a house in front and a longer driveway back to the house. Parking is a little interesting if you've got multiple vehicles. The nice thing about this is that there is no backyard neighbor and it's very calm and peaceful. The house is clean and the beds are comfortable. Was perfect for what we needed.

Quick family stay

Great location. Wasn’t able to get in at check in time. That interrupted our plans for the day. TV in living room wasn’t working. Carpet felt dirty. Other than these few complaints, this is a great property. Close to everything. Large space.

The house is very charming and we enjoyed staying there. However, the back deck railing is broken and we warned the children to stay away or they would tumble over. Also a paper plate of cigarette butts was also on the deck; the tv didn't work even though a man came and spent some time working with the wires. The first night the power in two bedrooms was off, which was fixed the following day. Also, with 3 families and only 1 set of house keys, the door was left unlocked during the day. I think that if the electrician can fix the wires, there would be few complaints. Thank you.

The location was nice because it was near the beach. It was also easy to access the beach. However, the house was not clean. The floors were filthy, which we noticed because our feet and socks were really dirty after walking on the floor. The dining room table was sticky in the side, so we had to clean it before using it. Also the blinds and ceiling fan were coated with dust. The parking is really tight too and made it difficult for two SUVs to back out of. The cookware was also limited and poor quality. My parents slept on one of the beds upstairs and ended up moving downstairs because it had a cover on it that crinkled and made a lot of noise every time they moved

Family vacation

This was a nice house plenty of room. The parking was horrible if you park to far back the neighbor comes out and lets you know. For a house that wiil accommodate that many people the parking is bad. Two of the bedrooms had no power. We checked the breakers and couldn't get it to stay on. We made it without power for the long weekend but this need to get fixed. Other guest wrote in the guest book about the power issues months ago.very nice house in a quiet neighborhood.

Spring Break Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had six people stay at the Sea Quest in March. The house had a great layout with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and it was handy to have the washer and dryer. The house is just a short walk to the beach and has a nice deck on the back. There is no dvd player and some of the furnishings are a little worn, but not terrible. Be sure to check out the Drift Creek Falls hike and the suspension bridge. If you're there in the spring, watch for whales -- we saw several.

But figured it out and updated it with the rental agency for the next person. Very comfy house but a little hard to find. GPS gave us the wrong turns so follow the written directions for the agency. Hard to see from the street as it is on flag lot behind another house. But I would it again for sure
