The property management team was great to work with and they provided excellent recommendations on things to do and places to go. The unit was efficient. It was a good home base for 4 since you spend most of your time out and about. The location is convenient to many amenities. The pool was also great.

We have stayed at Seaside Villas for many years. The condo was in good condition and fairly clean, my only issue was it seemed smaller than comparable 2/1 units at the complex. Overall, Seaside Villas is a wonderful Hilton Head vacation experience. Special thanks to Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island Inc, for a trouble free vacation.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you had a good time but we are a little perplexed that you felt the unit was smaller than others in the complex. All units in Seaside are the same square feet. Some have been remodeled from the original layout with bunk beds being removed and walls taken down. Perhaps you stayed in one of those before. Thanks again and we hope to see you soon.

Lovely Family Beach Stay

Great Condo and Location!

This condo was great for a long weekend stay with my two boys (ages 9 &7). Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen had most things that you'd need to do that. The location is great, being oceanfront and just a short walk out to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Nice, small place on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 4th of July weekend here. It was clean, nice and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook something up. No drawers for clothing, just one small hanging closet in the bedroom. We used the two beds for our clothes. This is perfect for two people, maybe a couple with two small children. If you have older kids or 4 adults, this probably is not the place for you.
