Colorful Victorian - walking distance to the beach & Pleasure Pier. This beautifully remodeled 1891 Victorian home sleeps 12 comfortably and is the perfect home to experience all of the fun that Galveston has to offer.



The main house has 2 king bedrooms on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs, each with 2 Twin XL and 1 Twin beds. Just off the back porch is a private Mother-In-Law Suite with a separate entrance (queen bed, full kitchen, and bath).



Cozy balconies off both the front and back of the house provide a relaxing place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Plenty of outdoor seating is available on the patio, along with a fire pit to lounge around in the evenings. There is a gas grill available for those who want to grill burgers or try some of the fresh seafood you can find here in Galveston. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare all your meals. For your convenience, all cooking utensils, pans, dishes, a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, Keurig, and toaster are provided. Seating for 12 is available in the dining room, so everyone can come together for enjoyable meals or game time in the evenings.

This house was so beautiful. I really enjoyed this house, it felt like stepping back in time, but had all the comforts of today. The mother in law suite was excellent since we had a big group it gave me a quite space. The only trouble was the washer didn't work our whole stay, someone was supposed to come fix it but never showed. This house had lot's of space and indoor/ outdoor games

The location was great. Easy to get to the Strand and the Seawall. Close to the Galveston Bagels shop. It was not as close to major groceries stores, but not too far out either. The house had pretty much everything you need. It was a little rough on folks with mobility issues, but we enjoyed our stay very much.

We encountered several issues during our stay, including difficulties with the room access code, a warm house, insufficient towels, weak balcony boards, and maintenance concerns with the showers and laundry area. Despite some efforts by the host to address these issues, our stay was impacted by these problems. Bikes had flats, stairs to steep for children to sleep upstairs, had to rent games, tub doesn’t drain, parking isnt guaranteed, homeless people checking mail boxes, Woyld not rent from this host again

We appreciate your stay and you taking the time to share your experience and feedback. While we were happy to send our maintenance for the problems that arose, we regret that we did not receive your approval to send him. We were happy we were able to have extra towels delivered! although, we did confirm they were in the bathroom cabinet. We have also repaired the loose balcony board. The tub drain has been repaired as well as the bikes. We do provide parking in the driveway for two small vehicles. We are sorry to hear that your children were unable to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms. While the stairs are safe and secure- this is a historical home and the stairs are steep. Thank you again for bringing these items to our attention.

Beautiful home

The house was the prefect size for our group. It was close to the seawall, easy to get in and out of. It had enough space that we could all be comfortable. The patio was very inviting and had plenty of room for everyone to sit and talk without being cramped. The balcony area was nice to just sit and enjoy the outside. We had such a great time!!

Needs maintenance

Upstairs shower floods the hardwood floors due to the design of the shower head angle and bathmats are not provided. Upstairs bathroom also has two screws sticking out of the wall that someone could get hurt on. Downstairs shower and tub does not drain properly and the pressure was very low. Had to go buy CLR to soak shower heads in just so we could shower and get clean. The 5th bedroom located outside the back door had plumbing issues as well. The drain leaked water on top of the washing machine. I say this but overall with the proper maintenance this could be a great place!
