Le Blue Lagoon est la dernière maison historique de l'île avec des plafonds en étain de 20 pouces. Ce 1 étage 4/2 dort 10 sur des matelas haut de gamme avec des draps luxueux. (La location comprenait un total d'aptitude pour 1/1 personne, vous pouvez dormir 12) Gardez tous vos invités au rez-de-chaussée sans escalier supplémentaire. Amusez vos invités dans la cuisine d'un chef avec salon nautique et coin repas. L'emplacement est au cœur de tout, mais vous pouvez dormir tranquillement la nuit. Marchez jusqu'à la plage ou dîner ou assistez à une pièce de théâtre ou à un concert à "The Opera House". Vous pouvez même faire venir un cheval et une calèche. Parfait pour un mariage ou une soirée entre filles. Réservez un massage sur place ... puis sortez sur la véranda pour admirer les jardins tropicaux qui vous attendent.
Marchez jusqu'à la plage en 5 pâtés de maisons, à pied des restaurants, les gars peuvent sauter un bateau de pêche et les filles font du shopping toute la journée. Pourquoi ajouter 30 minutes de plus et des kilomètres à l'ouest lorsque vous pouvez être en ville ... Profitez de notre île, puis terminez la journée avec la meilleure cour arrière, juste derrière les jardins de mauvaise humeur. Ne manquez pas le gros gibier du spa qui peut accueillir 12 personnes. Prévoyez de prendre un café sur le porche avant et profitez de la brise côtière. Avant de partir, allez voir quelques-unes des plus belles églises architecturales du Texas!
Votre location reçoit la maison principale pour 10 personnes et notre garage peut accueillir 2 amis de plus. Nous avons des caméras extérieures à des fins de sécurité et d'assurance. Pas de fêtes de bal s'il vous plaît. Remboursement de 100% sur les dépôts lorsqu'un préavis de 30 jours sur les annulations est donné.

The house is exactly the vibe we were looking for when it comes to staying in historic Galveston. It has so much personality while still being comfortable. The pool was the perfect depth. We didn't do much walking from the house to restaurants and shops due to weather but it's location was a short drive to everything we needed.

To all even remotely thinking of this rental, it is worth every thought! Exactly as described and beyond. Easy access. Walking distance to tons of local places. Home was beyond spacious for 5 couples not to even see each other unless we wanted . Seriously, our intentions in Galveston was to walk the strand all day and evening the Saturday however we all enjoyed that backyard so much on the Friday we all decided to stay in all weekend. Not one complaint!!! 10/10

The house was as advertised. Plenty of space for our group (6 adults). It’s an older home however has lots of charm. Backyard is a plus especially the hot tub.

The backyard is as awesome as it looks in photos. We relaxed in and round the pool and hot tub. When the battery died in the front door she replies promptly. Some of our group walked to the beach and another walked to the strand. All the bedrooms were large. AC worked great.

I knew the stay was going to be good just by the communications from the host 2 days prior. She even started warming up the hot tub 2 hours prior to arriving. The property itself was great! Everything worked great, all needs were thought of and addressed. 100% recommended to friends already and im sure we will stay again. Cant say enough good things.

Remember that pictures can be deceiving!!! This house is very old and rundown. The front door sticks and it’s very hard to open and close. The furniture on the front porch and back porch have old beat up tattered dirty cushions that need to be disposed of. There are old and dirty rugs that would be better thrown away.The living room was dusty. The kitchen had a lot of old spices, condiments, and food in the pantry, and on the shelves and in the cabinets and in the refrigerator. The cabinets smelled old and moldy when you open them. The paper towels and toilet paper provided were the cheapest brand and not enough of it. There was a broken barstool at the bar. The fifth bedroom in the basement was unusable because of the smell of mold and mildew. The washer which is also downstairs in the basement has mildew all on the inside lining. The dryer only worked half the time. This house WAS probably pretty impressive about 15 years ago but is now just sad. The swimming pool area downstairs was decent but again, very old and has a lot of sharp edges on the rocks so not so good for little children. The hot tub and fountain did work. There are many more things I could say, but I will end with this… On the morning of my last day I woke up to a dead mouse on the stairway inside the house. Just so gross. The owner of this property is a realtor and is aware of my complaints. I am very disappointed. I will never use Vrbo again.

Yes This historical home is 150 yrs old. We work very hard to make it right. We did have an exterminator the day before you arrived, hense the mouse on garage steps. I wish you would have contacted me when you checked in on any of this. You sent me a note after your 5 days, asking for a refund and saying you did not like it when you drove up. I feel like nothing was going to make you happy as your mind was made up. I hope you can find more happiness in your life. I believe the other 5 star reviews will say a different story.

Quite interesting house to say the least. Hot tub was nice. Toilet has stains all over the seat/inside lid that looks like urine. We finally decided that it must’ve been some hot coffee or something like that, but it looks gross. That was the worst thing in my opinion.

I hate that did not tell me… I would have sent housekeeping over if I’d would have been told. We had plenty of time from your early check in. I believe it to be from turning water back on after the freeze.. we were running all over getting faucets and tubs refilled. Water comes out brown went it has been off a few days.. Communication is key!

Perfect from beginning to end. Loved every moment and such a close walk to beach. House was perfect for 12. And while we did not use the pool we did sit by it and enjoyed the sound of the waterfall, Ramona could not been a better host for us and was always quick to respond if we had questions.

The pool was the best. The bedrooms were big and comfortable and the living room had plenty of room for all of us. We had a problem with the front door, but it didn’t affect our stay. You are close to all of the places you’ll want to visit. It’s a great place to stay!!

Blue Lagoon Paradise

This is our second stay at this property for our family vacation. We love this house for it's beauty and history, convenience and the outdoor oasis. Even the grandkids (6 & 10) ask me to book "our house". The host is very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

I have seen many historical homes here but when I walked in here my jaw dropped. The ceilings are fabulous and layout is convenient for everybody. Everything in here was updated and the location was great on the island. The previous owner was son of the founder of Thunderbird Wine and he said he spent a 100K on the backyard alone. I basically only had to add a TV so guest can watch collage football while able to lounge in the hot tub.. Lets face it after a day at the beach its good to swim in clean water.
You can stay on the west end but the beaches are cleaner in front of the hotels on the east end so why not get the best of both worlds. Loads of resturants and entertainment just blocks away! So all the action is right outside your door.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Very few rentals here have 1 story with all bedrooms on the same floor. The apartment below is just icing on your cake as this could host a few teenagers if they like their own living space. It's a one bedroom with sleeping for 4 . The adults could all be upstairs and have the quietness they want. If you are here for motorcylce rally the garage below could store 10 or more bikes in a secure area at night.
