Le Blue Lagoon est la derniĂšre maison historique de l'Ăźle avec des plafonds en Ă©tain de 20 pouces. Ce 1 Ă©tage 4/2 dort 10 sur des matelas haut de gamme avec des draps luxueux. (La location comprenait un total d'aptitude pour 1/1 personne, vous pouvez dormir 12) Gardez tous vos invitĂ©s au rez-de-chaussĂ©e sans escalier supplĂ©mentaire. Amusez vos invitĂ©s dans la cuisine d'un chef avec salon nautique et coin repas. L'emplacement est au cƓur de tout, mais vous pouvez dormir tranquillement la nuit. Marchez jusqu'Ă  la plage ou dĂźner ou assistez Ă  une piĂšce de thĂ©Ăątre ou Ă  un concert Ă  "The Opera House". Vous pouvez mĂȘme faire venir un cheval et une calĂšche. Parfait pour un mariage ou une soirĂ©e entre filles. RĂ©servez un massage sur place ... puis sortez sur la vĂ©randa pour admirer les jardins tropicaux qui vous attendent.

Apartment in basement not defined well. Apartment entrance needs better entry. Family space great and bedrooms nice and roomy. Too many bedrooms on main floor for one shared bathroom. We made it work.

Perfect from beginning to end. Loved every moment and such a close walk to beach. House was perfect for 12. And while we did not use the pool we did sit by it and enjoyed the sound of the waterfall, Ramona could not been a better host for us and was always quick to respond if we had questions.

The pool was the best. The bedrooms were big and comfortable and the living room had plenty of room for all of us. We had a problem with the front door, but it didn’t affect our stay. You are close to all of the places you’ll want to visit. It’s a great place to stay!!

Blue Lagoon Paradise

This is our second stay at this property for our family vacation. We love this house for it's beauty and history, convenience and the outdoor oasis. Even the grandkids (6 & 10) ask me to book "our house". The host is very responsive. We highly recommend this property!

This is a lovely house but getting inside was challenging. A hint for future renters is to bring your luggage in through the garage. You will need to ask the host for the key code in advance. It is NOT the same code to enter through the front door with the high steps. Hint #2 - if you are staying in the garage apartment, you can only enter it through the storeroom. The host was very accomodating with all of my questions and the property is perfectly located for activities.

Great house for all ages!!

We had the best time. There is so much space for a family to spread out! We love the piol and the gourmet kitchen! We definitely will stay here when we come back to Galveston again! Thanks Ramona!

Great getaway

The house is beautiful and as that old world charm to its structure. The backyard area is what sold us on this spot and it was perfect. The atmosphere was nice and quiet place to relax with family. It is only a few blocks from the beach. So we spent the morning there and retreated back to the private pool in the afternoon. The pool/hot tub area is a nice place to relax.Ms. Ramona was quick to answer any questions we had. I highly recommend this Galveston hideaway.

Loved the beauty of the house! Pool was amazing! Loved how spacious everything was! Host was great!Only Complaints would be:Downstairs apartment needing a little extra cleaning. Great Location for Convenient Access to Restaurants and Bars

This was a perfect location for hosting a group of good friends (mostly attorneys and engineers in our late 30s/early 40s) for a weekend of enjoying the best restaurants and bars Galveston Island has to offer. Plenty of space for everyone, and we were walking distance to both The Strand and the beach. The outdoor space was a perfect place to hang out as well. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The host, Ramona, was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation spot

One of the best vacations we had. The home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Ramona was wonderul to work with. She gave us many tips about the must see places and good restaurants too. We are ready to schedule our next trip there.

Amazing house

We came to Galveston to attend the Dickens on the Strand and celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday. We had an amazing time. We normally rent a beach house but I was happy to find a historic home with room for our family. We had a wonderful time. The home is historic and so charming. We will definitely stay again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I have seen many historical homes here but when I walked in here my jaw dropped. The ceilings are fabulous and layout is convenient for everybody. Everything in here was updated and the location was great on the island. The previous owner was son of the founder of Thunderbird Wine and he said he spent a 100K on the backyard alone. I basically only had to add a TV so guest can watch collage football while able to lounge in the hot tub.. Lets face it after a day at the beach its good to swim in clean water.
You can stay on the west end but the beaches are cleaner in front of the hotels on the east end so why not get the best of both worlds. Loads of resturants and entertainment just blocks away! So all the action is right outside your door.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Very few rentals here have 1 story with all bedrooms on the same floor. The apartment below is just icing on your cake as this could host a few teenagers if they like their own living space. It's a one bedroom with sleeping for 4 . The adults could all be upstairs and have the quietness they want. If you are here for motorcylce rally the garage below could store 10 or more bikes in a secure area at night.
