Cozy 1 Bedroom Apartment Downtown Dartmouth

This modern, one-year-old home was thoughtfully designed with sound-reducing insulation and high-end finishes throughout. The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. The custom-built kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table for two is available, with extra chairs provided for additional seating if needed.

The bathroom is a generous size, with quartz counters, plenty of storage, and a tub/shower combo. In the living room, you’ll find a comfy sofa and a large 60” smart TV with WiFi, Netflix, live sports, live news, and a variety of streaming services included. For added convenience, there’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.

Privacy and Access
This is one of two units in the home, but you’ll have your own private, ground-level side entrance; completely separate and secure.

Location Highlights
Just a few minutes’ drive to Mic Mac Mall and only 7 minutes to Dartmouth Crossing, the location is perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. You’re also walking distance to popular coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and beautiful Lake Banook. There’s a large neighborhood park nearby with an off-leash dog area, perfect if you’re traveling with pets! The Dartmouth Waterfront and Alderney Landing are also close by, where you can hop on the Alderney Ferry to downtown Halifax.

Parking
One parking space is included in the driveway. Please note the driveway is steep and a bit tight, so we recommend parking carefully and close to the house to leave room for another vehicle. There’s also plenty of free, unlimited street parking directly out front and along the street.

Heating and Cooling
The unit features a heat pump, providing cozy heat in winter and refreshing air conditioning in the warmer months. Baseboard electric heating is also available.

A Note on Noise
We’ve added extra soundproofing between units to minimize any noise.

Wonderful clean space in a great area with parking! We loved the decor and vibe of the space. Also, there is a first aid kit available which I loved to see - I have never stayed somewhere that had one before! So enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely come back!

This was a beautiful property that was so well stocked with just about everything we could possibly want. Extra spices and keurig pods were just a couple of extras we did not expect. The bed was super comfy and the whole place was beautiful . I would definitely stay here again should I return to Nova Scotia.

Everything was perfect! Our hostess thought of absolutely everything to make our stay flawless! From the little details like the welcome basket to the well stocked kitchen cabinets to the big ones like the full size modern appliances and television with access to Netflix! Mary ellen was always accessible and responded immediately whenever we had questions. The unit was totally spotless, had ample towels, hangers, spices, paper towels and everything we could have possibly needed - even soft TP!!We loved our stay and honestly did not want to leave! A!! Below are a couple of photos of the blooms we were greeted with each morning outside our private entrance.

Great Stay

We had a lovely stay in this apartment in the Flower Streets area of Dartmouth. Easy walk to bus stop or to the ferry. Well located and lovely and quiet. Very nicely presented apartment and we really appreciated the wee basket of treats.

Perfect location to get around Dartmouth ferry crossing and downtown. Easy parking if you need it. A well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bonus of a great hairdryer. Double bed was very comfortable and I’m someone who struggles with a bad back - no issues at all. 1 adult slept on the sofa bed and said it was comfortable.Hosts were responsive and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d definitely stay here again.
