From the owner: "We're glad to hear you found the house itself to your liking, but we're truly sorry for the condition of the pool during your visit. We were in regular communication during your stay and shared updates from the pool service company, including confirmation that the pool had been treated the day before your arrival. Unfortunately, the water did not clear within the 24-hour timeframe the service company estimated, and despite our efforts, we weren’t able to get them to return sooner due to their fixed weekly schedule. We understand how disappointing this was and appreciate that you reported the issue promptly. We’re also grateful you let us know about the kitchen faucet. The batteries have since been replaced, and it is now dispensing water normally. We're glad to hear Evolve was able to provide a partial refund as compensation, and we want to reassure you that the pool has since been properly maintained and used without issue by subsequent guests.
