for the price you pay it wasn’t wow ! it’s says beachfront and it’s road front - huge wind gusts when you walk in the front of the hotel overall hotel had good facilities but listing has a little trickery - they only give you one key so your family have to stay together or you have to wake them to open the door to get in have stayed in nicer hotels for the price i paid but definitely not the worst !

Great but a couple of quirks

We had a great experience with property management MadeComfy. Very responsive and helpful when we had issues. Someone else kept parking in our allocated space, which was irritating as we had specific instructions on which space to park in and we didnt want to pass the problem on by parking in someone else's space. Then the front door was so stuck shut we couldn't open it. We learnt the required shoving technique eventually but this really needs attention! Then we had a couple of downlights (kitchen and shower) that randomly start flashing, which we spent ages reporting to MadeComfy, only for the lights to spontaneously, randomly work properly again. We thought it was something related to a building management system, but apparently not. It happened on and off (pardon the pun) throughout our stay and resulted in us having to turn off the light and shower in the gloom. Despite the issues, it's a gorgeous modern luxury apartment right on the beach, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Great location, but unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned properly. There is a large mat in the living room that is shedding. There was fluff all over the floor. As well as accumulated dust, sand and dirty spots, especially in the corners, or along the wall skirtings and windowns, which clearly had not been cleaned in a while. We looked for a vaccum straight away to clean as we were staying there with kids, including our 11 month old who was crawling on the floor and accumulated all this dirt on his knees and hands. We found a broken, unusable vaccum in the laundry cupboard. We reached out to the "host" which is just a company that then is supposed to contact the host. Instead of offering a solution, they just acknowledged out complaint and said would let the host know.... Luckily some family that lived closed by, dropped off a dyson, which we used 4 times to clean, and each time got filled with a ridiculous amount of fluff and dirt.We reached out again because all aircon vents had a huge amount of dust, that clearly have not been cleaned for a while, and again, we got an apology for the way the apartment was, but got offered no solution. There is also a large mirror that is not secured to the wall, which poses a huge risk of injury or worse, especially if you are staying with kids. Overall the location is great, but I would not recommend it, especially if you have little kids. Plenty other options within the same area.

Die Lage ist unschlagbar, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand von Surfers Paradise entfernt. Die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen ein Lebensretter. Das Fitnesscenter war auch ein nettes Extra, da ich so mein Training auch fernab von zu Hause fortsetzen konnte.

Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Jewel Luxury Beachside! Das Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern war perfekt für meine Familie. Wir genossen die Aussicht von der Terrasse, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten problemlos möglich war. Der Außenpool war ein tolles Extra für die Kinder.
