Bienvenue au 5004 Michigan Avenue, notre confortable bungalow situé au cœur du plus récent hotspot de Nashville. Construite en 1961, cette maison en brique de plain-pied regorge de conforts intimes. Savourez une tasse de café sur le porche le matin et un verre de vin au coin du feu en arrière le soir. Nous aimons cette maison rétro de style familial depuis neuf ans et nous sommes certains que vous l'aimerez aussi.

Bien que nous acceptions les animaux de compagnie, nous demandons aux animaux de rester en dehors des meubles pendant votre séjour.
Assiettes, ustensiles, verres et réfrigérateur sont tous disponibles pour la cuisine. Nous demandons aux clients de ne pas s’aider eux-mêmes à des articles dans le réfrigérateur ou le garde-manger.
Un bac roulant se trouve devant la porte arrière pour l'élimination des déchets.

What a lovely home inside and out. We found a bottle of wine waiting for us, and the owner was available if we needed anything. The kitchen had every amenity we needed. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. It was great to have three full bathrooms. The best part of all was the backyard. It was a wonderful spot to relax and spend time together.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house is cute and comfortable, and the backyard is amazing. The house is conveniently located near many restaurants. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were very thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Perfect Size and Location

Property was the perfect spot for a family of four with a pup to stay for a weekend in Nashville. Great neighborhood for walking to restaurants and an easy commute via ride share or drive to all of the major attractions. Highest recommendation for a safe, comfortable, and relaxing way to visit the city.

Cozy, Comfortable and great location.

3 adults each had our own bexroom and bathrooms, then there is the stunning backyard the happy spot for any pet parent. Loved everything about this place and would reserve again.

Great place/location

Pet friendly and people friendly

We (people and dogs) really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to have two ensuite bedrooms and the location was great. The back yard is cozy and if it hadn’t been raining we would have used the fire pit. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect oasis near the city.
