Just a short walk to the lifts. It had everything that our family needed and the host responded quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect location,

Great location for being close to the lifts. Pretty tight space, but not bad. Condo was not clean at all…floors, showers, bathrooms, and laundry area all need a deep clean.

The unit underwent a deep cleaning in December 2024 following a water leak from the unit above, after the necessary remediation and repairs were complete. Since then, and prior to your recent review, the property consistently received five-star ratings. We understand the concierge checked in with you during your stay. If the unit wasn't to your satisfaction, they would have ensured it was corrected. That said, we sincerely apologize if the unit did not meet your expectations. Very responsive management - clean and convenient

We stayed at this property for our first visit to Angel Fire. Although there wasn't a lot of snow, we still had a great time. I had 3 high school seniors in tow, and they had a blast. The unit was very clean and well appointed and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. You can't beat the convenience to the slopes and town. The condo set up was perfect for separating the teens from bedroom. I had restful nights! We plan to come back next year I would no reservations in booking this unit again.

The house was not clean there was water bottles under the couch. The floor was dirty. The top bunk in the lower bedroom was dirty. It looked like somebody had wet the bed and the sheet had never been changed. The construction outside made it very difficult conditions. Parking was horrible.

From the owner: “Hello Jo, We appreciate the feedback regarding your stay, and apologize that it was not the experience we would like our guests to have. We have been having issues with the housekeeping crew and have this week changed partners to ensure issues like the ones that occurred during your stay do not continue. The construction is temporary, but necessary, and will conclude soon. We apologize if you had difficulty parking due to the construction; there are two vehicle parking spaces that are available to our guests."
