POOL / SPA:

It has its own private pool. There is an additional charge to heat the pool and spa, recommended Oct - May.

- Pool /SPA Heat (3 days minimum): U$50.00 per day (Please request heating until 48 hours from check-in).

Reservations for more than 7 days the heating price has a discount.

Please remember, after the heater is ON, it takes about 18 to 24 hours for the water to be hot. It will depend on the outside temperature.


BBQ Grill:

BBQ Grill: Come have a cook-out with the backyard BBQ Grill ($40 cleaning fee to use during your stay. Propane not included). Please note, all extras or additional fees need to be paid prior to your arrival. Failure to pay and requests will not be honored.


***NOTE:: Encore clubhouse and resort amenities are not available for guests.

We had a lovely stay at this vacation home. Pool and hot tub were nice and warm and the backyard gets plenty of sun all day. Excellent and quick communication with an easy check-in process. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the best VRBO experience I have had to date. We came in town for a cheer competition, and this house was the perfect location from the airport, ESPN, and all the Disney Parks. The pool was a great place to relax when we were not at the parks or the competition. The house was exactly as pictured, we had plenty of space. Lots of little things were already on hand (soap, towels, paper towels, trash bags etc.). Saved us a trip to the store!
