Welcome To The Magic Manor at Encore Reunion! This beautiful home on 1/4 acre with no neighbors behind you and tastefully decorated will ensure your Orlando vacation is perfect! Located on a prime neighborhood lot, you will have an easy entrance and exit. Magic Kingdom is 7 miles due north, Universal Studios only 18 miles away, and the Encore Reunion Clubhouse is a mere 12 houses away, and is a one of a kind experience, featuring a massive 10 acre water park, restaurants, bars, beach volleyball, basketball courts, tennis courts, kids center, convenience store, pool cabanas, and more!

The home itself has 3 primary bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms and king beds, including one on the main floor for those looking for minimal stairs, plus a bunk bed room that also has a pull out futon and it’s own full bathroom, and 2 additional bedrooms with twin beds and another queen size bed that share yet another full bath!

Also featured is an outdoor pool bath perfect for changing clothes and keeping your outdoor time at the maximum. The main floor has an open and inviting kitchen with stainless appliances and is well equipped with all small appliances and utensils perfect for cooking throughout your stay. Additionally, two large living rooms adorn the main floor so there is plenty of room for games, TV, dining, and entertaining! The west facing pool area and adjoining yard space will leave you speechless as you enjoy sunsets and theme park fireworks each night! Great place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Impeccable cleanliness, our extended family loved the pool and hot tub. Access to the community water park was such a great bonus. Only downfall would be that the mattresses were too soft for our family.

Everything about this home was great! It was clean, decorated beautifully, and all of the essentials were available. The access to the resort amenities was a plus! The owner was very responsive and friendly. 10 out of 10 for sure!

Spent Spring Break with family. The property was clean and also filled with information. Beds were clean and comfortable. Checkin was smooth. Pool was clean annd anlso backyard is spacious. Also having the Clubhouse included was awesome. Excellent place to stay

Beautiful home and great location!

We had an amazing stay! There were 10 adults staying here very comfortably! The rooms were very comfortable! We enjoyed walking up to the water park and having lunch. Great food! Great location to Disney World. Close to many wonderful restaurants, we ate in the town of Celebration and it was a close drive. We all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! We will be back!!

Great property

Had a great experience. Pool and hot tub were great. Pool must be 90 degrees! Clean .overall good house. Few items broken or not working. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay again

Thanks for your review Adam! Outside of a broken drawer in the refrigerator that the previous guests broke and we had no time to replace, we are not sure what else was broken or not working. Please let us know so that next time we would garner a 5 star review. We strive to make sure every guest has an amazing stay and that the house is in as close to perfect condition as possible.

Best vacation home to stay with friends or family

We had an amazing time staying at this property with having a pool/hot tub to ourselves and then being able to walk to the water park in the neighbor. The kids had a great time and continue to talk about it and want to go back. It has great access to the Disney resorts and easy access to get elsewhere. We had one issue with a door handle but it was resolved quicker than staying at a hotel and was very easy! I was also able to connect with the homeowners quickly with some questions and they were very responsive and helpful. Definitely looking forward to our next vacation here and would recommend to everyone!

Great House

My family just returned home from a great vacation and this house was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and 3 kids staying in the house, four separate families. This has been by far our favorite house in Encore that we have stayed in! Perfect gathering house with 2 separate living rooms, kids and adults were very happy. The themed rooms were a huge hit with my grandkids even enjoying the adult rooms. House is exactly as it's show. Host was wonderful to work with. Always trying to make sure every detail was perfect for our stay. The short walk to the water park was a great bonus!!

Everything was amazing! Suggestions: a pizza pan and ceiling fans or personal fans.

The house was wonderful for our annual Memorial Weekend Girl's Trip! The house had everything you could think of (except a pizza pan and fans). The owner was great! Trouble getting into the home, but the owner was right on it and the property management team was there to help. The house had everything we needed plus more! Plenty of room for 6 moms and 8 girls! Trouble with the thermostat, but overall 5 stars!

Everything to do with house was wonderful. The uncontrollable factors are your neighbors and it was not a good experience.

Very nice property, just wifi and cable issues

Overall it's a great property, amenities available through Encore are great. The one problem was that the wifi basically doesn't work and the cable was iffy. There was a note in the welcome packet but unfortunately that doesn't do any good if you need wifi for kids technology and working if you're there.

Wonderful family vacation at this house

My family enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Magic Manor. Jeeves messed up a couple things, but the property owner was very quick to take care of it. We loved all the little Disney touches throughout the house and the pool was a huge hit with the kids! We definitely recommend this property!

Perfect family stay

This was our first trip to Disney, and were concerned about not staying on Disney property. BUT this home was PERFECT for our family and our trip to Disney. We had all the space needed for our party of 9!

Amazing Family Vacation

Thank you so much for an amazing experience. This home and the rental process far exceeded our expectations. We have rented a house in the same spot for years and were unable to do so this year. We selected this house on a whim and are so glad that we did! This will definitely be our new go to! The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked. The community was wonderful and our children loved the water slides. We were so close to Disney and also able to come back and rest up between parks in a beautiful and comfortable spot. Thank you fo everything.

Disney Done Right

We had a great week! Plenty of room for all 7 of us! Great escape from all things Disney while being conveniently located to all parks! Pool was perfect for cooling off after days @ the park! House was very clean and any issues were addressed quickly. Direct TV wasn’t working for our entire stay, only downfall, but we kept busy otherwise! Would stay again!

We loved it!

The property was very clean and so well designed. Ample space for us and the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. They really though the design through because the attention to detail is for every age range. Even the floor boards had little mice scenes that the babies loved. Will be back, thank you so much!
