The house was in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Plenty of space, big kitchen table to seat the whole family. Perfect amount of bedrooms and baths for privacy. Easy travel to attractions at Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake (great shopping and lunch at the Irish Harp a must)! Many local wineries to choose from for tastings or tours. Great vacation to see the beautiful falls and surrounding area.

Great space for a large group

The property was great for a large group, lots of bathrooms for a large group of women to get ready! The garage game room was definitely a highlight for our group.The kitchen was well stocked with most necessities for cooking meals at home.

November weekend

It was a joy to stay at this very clean, well stocked, 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house. Communication with property owner was excellent. The place was just as described in the write up, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. A nice place to return to after a busy day of touring the area.

Perfect Family Getaway Spot

We had a wedding in St Catherine’s and this house was a perfect place for my family to stay. It was clean, had everything we needed, there was plenty of room and the beds were comfortable. It was close to Niagara Falls so we were about to visit the falls during the day, go back to the place and then go back to the falls that same night. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short because of a family emergency and the host was kind enough to offer a partial refund. We are hoping one day we can go back to Canada to finish our trip and do the things we weren’t able to do. We would definitely stay at this house again.

You are looking at this house because you probably want to visit Niagara Falls or may Toronto. I will save you a lot of time looking around-just book this house! Seven of us stayed a week and the house had plenty of room. The host was responsive, responding within minutes to any questions before and during our stay. All the light switches were marked, which doesn't seem like a big deal, but it just made everything easier. The house was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet and just a normal neighborhood. The house is about 20 minutes from the Falls and about 1.5 hours from Toronto. You can do the Falls in one day-unless you want to feel like you are at the beach with shops, go cart tracks etc. I would recommend you not stay in Niagara Falls. We spent two days in Toronto-CN Tower, Ripleys, Harbor Tour, Blue Jays game-get the City Pass and save . Check out Lock 7 in Thorold as well; cross the border back in to Buffalo and check out the birthplace of the chicken wing at the Anchor Bar! We had a great time-the house was just perfect--the only thing this house needs is a slice toaster! There is a toaster oven-not sure if they don't make slice toasters in Canada or what, but that was the only thing that was a little weird. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay here again! Oh-and crossing the border was a breeze so don't worry about that-just bring your passport!

We loved our stay in Thorold at the Isla Paraiso Verde home. The description on VRBO exactly matched the home. It was clean and neat; all kitchen items labeled; fully stocked cleaning products, coffee and tea service, modern appliances everything you need in a home away from home. Our host was professional, warm and inviting. Any inquiries were responded to within 10 minutes. The game room was a big hit with everyone especially my grandkids — they were able to socialize and communicate with each other without electronics! We had a wonderful time exploring Toronto and visiting the Falls. The home is conveniently located to within max 20 mins by car of everything we wanted to do. Would definitely rent here again. Thanks Marc — your home was the icing on the cake of my birthday celebration trip.

An easy highway drive away from downtown Niagara and the location offered local stores for groceries.Garage game room was a hit , even though quite warm. The fan helped. 6 rooms easily fit our family and we used the kitchen for many meals. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking from scratch. The grill was a little smaller than expected, but it worked well. Loved the extra small fridge.AC ran hard over the hot weekend and was so appreciated. City grid lost power one day due to a storm and our host was proactive in communication with us. He alerted us when the power was back on.Overall great experience.

This was our second time staying in this spacious house and we were not disappointed. The house was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen (although a dishcloth and tea towel would have been handy). Check in and check out were simple. Communication with Marc, the host, was immediate and friendly. We highly recommend this listing.
