We loved the backyard to unwind after walking all day. Plenty of space for our family of 10. Emily our host was very easy to communicate with. She gave us great ideas to do while in Niagra Falls. One thing we were confused with was where to put the trash. An idea might be to put a sign on the door " trash here"! I would recommend this property to other family and friends. Thank you from our family for a wonderful stay!!

The house was amazing and very clean. It was the perfect location for everything that we wanted to do. All my communication with the host was answered promptly and politely. Would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend it to others!

Absolutely beautiful house. We had 7 of us and had plenty of room for privacy. Our host was amazing. She answered all messages quickly. Everything was within walking distance. No need to bring anything! Highly recommend

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.The owner was pretty prompt in communication.The property is a duplex conversion to a single family home.The property is dated but in good condition.The location of the property is very convenient and well within walking distance to view the falls, dining, and shops.There was plenty of room for our family of 8 adults, 1 teenager, 2 elementary school aged children, and 1 toddler.We took up 6 of the 7 bedrooms, yet were billed for an extra person. We paid it without question. Information provided as an FYI not an actual complaint.We really have no complaints about the property.Our biggest issue was that the neighboring property decided to cut down a huge tree and dig a massive hole. So, our last 2 nights were spent inside and not in the lovely garden area, due to excessive noise and copious amounts of flying sawdust. Oh. I forgot to mention. The work was done in the evening. The 3 nights outside that we did have was enjoying the fire place and lawn furniture. That was quite relaxing and enjoyable. We don't blame our property owner for this incident. Unless of course... the owner also owns said adjoining property.

Close to Everything!

Great location! The house was within walking distance to everything. House was very clean and had lots of bedrooms for our big family. We did not utilize the patio or hot tub, but the back area was very nice. Host had great communication with us. We would stay here again!

Perfectly perfect! There are times when you look at the photos for a listing and think, wow, this place looks great. And then there are times when you actually walk in and are just speechless. This was the perfect house for our wine trip. Short walk to the falls, and short drive to endless wineries, the house was well stocked and comfy. The owner worked with us on a couple of requests, and was responsive.

We were a group of women who vacation together in a different city each year. We really appreciated finding a place within our budget eith enough rooms that we each had our own room and most had their own bathroom. The space was great, with adequate seating in the livingroom and dining area to accommodate our group also.We didn't use the hot tub, but enjoyed the privacy of the back yard, which also had adequate seating for us.The location was perfect for walking to the falls, restaurants and entertainment.

It was an older house with nice features in the living room and dining area.It was a little chilly to really appreciate the nice back yard with table, chairs, furniture and hot tub. The kitchen had little counter space for meal preparation.

We had 15 people stay here. It was perfect. Lots of room for everyone. Quiet in the bedrooms as we had people awake and sleeping at different times due to all the ages staying. Lovely backyard for sitting and relaxing. It was easy to walk to Clifton Hills and a short walk to the Niagara Falls attractions.

Great location for large group

Walking distance to all attractions! 5 cars could easily fit in the driveway. Neighborhood is a bit run down but quiet. Ample room for a large group, but kitchen cookware is limited. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Great arrangements for all the bedrooms.

Family trip

Overall stay was great. Looked a little rough when you drove up to the property but everything was very clean and stocked well. The hot tub water was very cloudy. Threshold to outside patio is a trip hazard, be careful! Mattresses were very firm! Had to reach out to get information about check-in while we were driving there.Very close to everything and room enough for whole family.

Thanks Wanda for your review! Regarding the hot tub water quality, I wish I could submit a photo we captured on our outdoor camera. The water looked perfectly clean from the camera. We also confirmed with our cleaning staff the water was in very good condition. We have 8 beds and we don't have any mattress that is extra firm. All are medium firm. In fact we are more concerned guest might find them too soft. It is Vrbo who sends out the check-in info to the guests, not the host.

Wonderful Stay

Great place for us 11 seniors who spent 3 days enjoying wineries, tastings, the lights and great food and company. Multiple washrooms was a real plus for this group and everyone said their bed was comfortable! Very clean but some of the finishes are showing a bit of wear. Still give it a 5!

80 birthday perfection

Our group of 10 planned this visit to surprise our friend turning 80 years old. And, we truly could not have asked for a better place. This is the first VRBO rental where everything is provided for you and your only job is to leave the place the same way you found it. We could hear the falls at night and getting around was effortless. Thank you again for an amazing trip that we will all remember.

Loved it

We are nine 74 year old college friends. Each couple had their own room and bath all of which were well appointed. The whole house, including the porch and backyard patio area were extremely clean. Unfortunately, we did not have time to spend in the hot tub. We ate breakfast at the house and all necessary appliances, dishes, cups, and silverware weremade available.The location was within a manageable walking distance for all the attractions. Emily was always prompt with responses to my inquiries.If we were ever lucky enough to visit Niagara Falls again, we would definitely stay at this house.
