This delightful home is ideally situated right on the stunning Crystal Lake, offering a warm and inviting space for up to 10 guests. It features four charming bedrooms, including a king bed, five twin beds, a queen bed, and a full bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a handy dishwasher. In the living room, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the lake through beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighted by a cozy gas fireplace. Each bedroom is thoughtfully equipped with its mini-split unit, ensuring your comfort with personalized climate control.

Step outside into a lovely backyard that sits right on the water’s edge, featuring a small sandy beach and an inviting L-shaped dock perfect for mooring your boats. Crystal Lake is excellent for swimming, thanks to its sandy bottom just in front of the house. The upper deck sets the scene for outdoor dining and peaceful relaxation, allowing you to soak in the serene views. For water fun, you’ll find two kayaks and life jackets, along with a charcoal grill and a charming beachside fire pit — ideal for creating special memories with loved ones.

Pontoon and jet ski are not for guest use.

Long weekend

Great stay in northern Michigan. Property was great, great location and amenities! Everything you could want in an up north getaway.

Great location and had everything you may need.

We have kids ranging from 4-22 and they were never bored, we appreciated the canoes and games. The rental office called and checked in on us and I thought that was wonderful. The space was clean and the little private beach area is perfect for the little ones.

Great waterfront location and seamless check in. Management was very attentive. Overall well equipped house and updated hvac was much appreciated. Needs some updating……. Especially carpet, dining chairs (random and falling apart) upstairs beds and glassware.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were excited to stay at this property. Given the wild fires, we called to confirm full house a/c prior to arrival. Visit Up North could not confirm however stated there were mini-splits in bedrooms (although on VRBO it mentioned full home A/C). We were shocked when we arrived - the mini-splits have never been clean with brown liquid dripping from them. The home is not maintained - dust everywhere, furniture stained, vents full of dust, wrappers under couches, blinds dusty, cabinets filled with grease. We reached out immediately with NO RESPONSE on the emergency line from Visit Up North (they sent someone a day later who did not clean what was discussed). The HVAC person said each unit would need an hour of cleaning (never happened). The kids room smells of mold/mildew. We spent a day to clean. Very disappointed in Up North Vacation Rentals (the owners should get their money back!)! Have picture documenting everything. Do not spend your money here ($10,000+ rental - and it was dirty!!!)

Great lake house

All of our vacation was smooth from booking to receiving check-in info ahead, to accessing the house, to all the activities on vacation. Kitchen is well stocked. The house was very clean and the decorating was so pretty. The bathrooms are updated. We loved getting to use the two kayaks and paddle board, thanks so much. The deck table has an umbrella and the chairs on the lawn we enjoyed using. We ate all our meals outside at the table on the patio. Management was accessible and kind. Great time, thanks!!

Wonderful family lake house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great house for our family of four with 2 young children. The house is really well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, washer and dryer and beach towels. The house had a ton of outdoor toys including sand toys, cornhole, life jackets and paddleboard and kayaks. The paddles and lifejackets were neatly organized in the shed on the side of the house. Great location to do a lot of activities around but we also just enjoyed hanging in the backyard by the lake and firepit.

Early summer up north getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was as expected. Clean, very well stocked with anything you may need. The refrigerator did struggle to stay cool. We discovered there is not enough ventilation behind it to keep the air flow circulating. The only two things I would recommend is getting air conditioning in the main living room space, it was incredibly warm up there on the super hot day we were there. And maybe adjust check in and check out. Most places we rent check out is 11 or 12 and check in is 3. We had issues finding a few things for the outside, but we received very prompt responses when we reached out. Would definitely rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty good.The owner needs to use 2-ply toilet paper, as well as QUALITY paper towels. To TRY and cut costs on an inexpensive item like paper products was not only ridiculous, but annoying!Unless that changes I seriously would never recommend the property.There were no bicycles as promised, and nowhere to rent in Beulah (store closed for season). Their sister store in Frankfort didn’t have bicycles available, and the bicycle shop in Elberta - that’s been there forever - has permanently closed.
