Très bien situé !! Près de l'aéroport, beaucoup d'action! belle plage de Cupecoy et marina

6a a toutes les bonnes commodités, 4 grandes chambres avec toutes les salles de bains mises à jour et des lits confortables, de nouvelles unités de climatisation, spacieuses et propres.

La meilleure chose est que pour un grand groupe, il offre suffisamment d'espace, 2 espaces communs et intimité en même temps. Piscine et balcon, terrasse avec beaucoup de vent, une vue imprenable, barbecue, bain à remous, téléviseurs et musique dans toute la maison et musique à l'extérieur, etc.

Fantastic Place to Stay on St. Martin

Beautiful property in a quiet part of the Dutch side. We loved having our own pool and hot tub. Management was super responsive with any inquiries and even had groceries waiting for us when we arrived. HIghly, highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

We really enjoyed Porto Cupecoy. The unit is spacious and the complex is safe, has nice exercise room, tennis courts, community pool as well as the unit pool. Also very convenient with great restaurants and a grocery in complex. We would return for sure.

Another incredible vacation

This is our second time booking this incredible place. Everything you need is right at your fingertips from the 5 star home and the area in Cupecoy. The restaurants and shops and beaches are perfect. Robin and Jose are the most incredible host and very welcoming. We will sure be back again.

Once in a life time experience!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay at Puerto Cupecoy more. Our host was amazing: very helpful and communicative. Views were amazing and waking up to this every morning was truly a dream come true. As for great restaurants her boats are amazing and available this stay was first class the sheets and the pillows were better than a high-end hotel. I highly recommend this to anyone throw in the fact that you have French restaurants in and around the area it's just amazing food.

Porto Cupecoy Luxury Penthouse

The moment you walk in you are engulfed in the beauty of this four bedroom house. Each room is tastefully decorated and super clean. The views of the marina and ocean are amazing. Our host, Jose, was there to meet us early. He escorted us to the parking garage and helped us with our luggage to the house. Such an awesome place and outdoor space. it was all as stated and then some MORE!! Thank you Robin and Jose..

Very beautiful location

The pictures don’t do it justice, unit is very spaces with high ceilings. You also have a full patio, and a massive privet Terrace with a pool and Jacuzzi. House has speakers and iPads linked across the rooms, so you can play music without having to worry, great added feature. Hosts where very responsive and kind, it was definitely a great find. Will be back.

Beautiful, spacious, spectacular!

This vacation was everything we had hoped it would be! My fiancé and I have four children (young adults … ages 17, 18, 20, 23) between us and wanted our first vacation to be special, memorable and in a place that encouraged unforced bonding. We couldn’t have found a better place than 6a in Cupecoy. There was 7 of us in total and yet the place felt so very spacious. It is everything the videos represent and more!! The location was perfect, centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go. And I can’t say enough great things about our hosts, Robin and Jose!! They were very helpful in our planning before the trip, welcoming when we arrived and responsive throughout our stay! Thank you both! If you are looking for a place for your family to experience an unforgettable vacation, you will find it here at Cupecoy 6A!!

5 STAR vacation at Cupecoy

What an amazing experience staying at 6a in Cupecoy. We were greeted right at the gate promptly by Jose, who helped with luggage and showed us around property. Once we saw inside our villa our Jaws dropped with excitement. The place is HUGE and BEAUTIFUL. The kids 16-15-15 each had there own room and there was plenty of room on balcony’s and pool terrace to get lost and RELAX. Cupecoy Marina is the most elegant on the island with the best restaurants. We rented the 38ft boat from Robin and Jose also and went for the day touring St Maarten. Tyrel was a fabulous caption and knows all the cool spots. The boat is so clean and luxurious and a must on any time spent on the island. Thank you again Robin,Jose and Tyrel for an incredible time again. Daniel - Natalie - William - Lilly - Ava

Christmas - New Year Vacation

What a fabulous place! My boyfriend, adult children and their significant others met in St Maarten for the Holidays. Robin’s home in Porto Cupecoy Yacht Club was the perfect place to stay. The location was so convenient as it is near the airport and we all arrived on different flights. Upon arrival were met by Jose who showed us around the property and highlighted all the amenities. All rooms have en suite private baths. The pool and hot tub area was a welcome retreat after traveling the island during the day to one of the imany beaches. We gambled just down the street at Maho Casino. Both Cupecoy Village and Maho offer a great night life. I highly recommend unit 6A. Can’t wait to return!

Very clean, luxurious, and comfortable. The managers were very friendly and easy to work with. We didn’t spend nearly as much time at the place as I would have liked. Looking forward to a longer stay next time.

We will not ever rent to this family again and do not recommend them to other owners. First and foremost, we have a security system for when the home is left unoccupied given we do not live locally. Having a security system is much more common than not. Secondly, we take pride in our home, cleanliness and our concierge staff. We treat our renters like friends and our home is where friends become family. We’ve always received impeccable reviews about our staff as well as our home, and this family has completely disrespected all of the above. They disrespected our rules, our concierge representatives, spoke condescending and rude to everyone. They left our home a complete mess and I was actually embarrassed to have my cleaning staff come in to clean after they left! I had to pay them double because it was such a disgrace! I strongly do not recommend them as renters as they have no class.

Impeccable Penthouse !

What a great place with amazing service. Impeccably managed penthouse with private plunge pool and heated jacuzzi on large rooftop terrace. Excellent service. Spotless 4 bedroom unit. Welcoming and responsive manager on site. Great restaurants on the premises. Staying in this unit is way better than staying in a 5 star hotel on the island. Thank you for providing and keeping high-quality stay for visitors.

Spacious, Gorgeous, Clean, Convenient.

Amazingly relaxing, modern condo with excellent location. Market on premises, private pool in patio, swing chairs in balcony and all things needed to stay entertained. Rockin music system with speakers in every room. Close to Maho, Close to French side. Beautiful marina and ocean view. Super clean bedrooms and baths is a huge plus!! Patio with fire place, music, dining table and lounge chairs! It's like your own little resort. First thought after few hours of checking in --- we gotta come back here!

Home away from home

Home away from home! Comfortable, clean, with beautiful balconies; having everything you could want! The place is gorgeous! It's perfect for a getaway with couples, friends or the family. Conveniently located by a grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants! Robin was so easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Highly recommend staying in 6a for any kind of vacation!

Outstanding and breathtaking!!!!

Without a doubt, off the charts most incredible trip of a lifetime!!!! This was my third time staying in this beautiful luxurious Penthouse and I can't wait to go back again!!! Absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. We were fortunate enough to have the space and accommodations to be able to bring both my children and their friends!!! We had 9 people total = 5 kids ages 10, 11, 12, 13 and also 4 adults and we didn't even need the air mattresses because we all fit so comfortably with plenty of room! Each bedroom has its own bathroom with double sinks which makes it so easy to have a large group! Each of the bedrooms also have the most beautiful décor and the entire unit is spacious with two balconies. This place is immaculately kept and located conveniently near shopping and boats and beaches! Their concierge service that they offer is also top notch and they do not miss a detail!!! Looking forward to the next adventure at Porto Cupecoy Unit 6!!!!

Perfect location, perfect amenities, & accomdation

I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in the beautiful St. Martin! I was able to stay at this property with six of my closest friends. It was my first time in St. Martin and I can't wait to go back. Each of the bedrooms was large and had it's own bathroom. I loved that each was decorated with its own colors and themes. The large patio allowed us to sprawl out after a long day in the sun and then hot tub on the side patio allowed us to relax at night. The kitchen had every amenity possible and we were able to cook while still enjoying the restaurants in the surrounding area. We were very close to the center of town and 15 minutes from the farthest restaurant. I highly recommend trying the fancy restaurant in the marina and trying the fresh fish of the day! The condominium was very easy to access and the grocery store within the property was very convenient as well!
