Oceans SXM est un magnifique condo de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain donnant sur l'ocĂ©an au Rainbow Beach Club. Comme une unitĂ© de fin, il y a des fenĂȘtres sur les 3 cĂŽtĂ©s de l'unitĂ©! Profitez d'une belle vue sur l'ocĂ©an et des brises caribĂ©ennes douces pendant que les bateaux naviguent par - de votre propre balcon ou de la plate-forme de piscine. La communautĂ© possĂšde 3 piscines, dont deux ont vue sur l'ocĂ©an, ainsi qu'une petite plage isolĂ©e accessible par l'escalier en colimaçon sur la propriĂ©tĂ©. Par temps clair, vous pouvez voir l'Ăźle de Saba depuis le balcon. Si vous cherchez une plus grande plage, une promenade de 10 minutes vous trouve sur Mullet Beach, l'une des plus belles plages des CaraĂŻbes.

L'unité entiÚrement climatisée 1500 pieds carrés a trois chambres à coucher complÚtes qui ont chacune des ventilateurs de plafond: Un roi dans le maßtre avec salle de bain complÚte ci-joint, une reine avec salle de bain attenante (ouvre également à la salle de partager avec la 3Úme chambre), et la chambre avec lit double neuf sur des lits superposés, confortablement dormir 6. Une laveuse et une sécheuse est dans l'unité ainsi que tous les draps et serviettes pour votre séjour (plage et bain). Nous avons également un pack et un jeu (berceau portable) pour les nourrissons. La cuisine est bien équipée avec des comptoirs en granit, une grande table de cuisson et un four, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, four grille-pain, micro-ondes, mixeur, cafetiÚre, vaisselle, et des lunettes de piscine et une glaciÚre pour les invités.

L'unitĂ© dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, d'une table d'ordinateur avec imprimante et de tĂ©lĂ©phones pouvant Ă©mettre / recevoir des appels gratuits vers les États-Unis. Il y a deux tĂ©lĂ©viseurs - un dans la zone principale et un dans la chambre des maĂźtres avec lecteurs DVD.

La communauté est à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, à distance de marche des restaurants et des épiceries et a 24 heures de sécurité sur les lieux. L'unité est située au 2Úme étage, avec un garage couvert directement en face de l'unité. Venez profiter d'un magnifique condo avec un emplacement exceptionnel, des vues sur l'océan et votre propre plage privée!

Absolutely loved our stay at this oceanfront condo ! Waking up to the sound of the waves and breathtaking views every morning was unforgettable. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect—steps from the beach, close to great restaurants, and ideal for both relaxing and exploring the island. Sitting on the balcony with a coffee or a sunset drink felt like pure paradise. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

We completely enjoyed our stay! Paige was a phenomenal host. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this one stood out among all of them. We have never stayed at a place that had everything you could ever need. It truly is a home away from home. Plenty of dishes, toiletries, blankets, towels, beach toys, cooler. You name it she probably has you taken care of. The location was very central to where we wanted to be. 2 minutes to the French side, less than 10 minutes from the airport. We explored just about the entire island without issue. Paige as a host was nothing short of spectacular. The information she provided prior to arriving made us feel like we already knew everything! The layout, the location, the parking, where to eat and where to buy groceries. If we come back to the island, Paige will be our one and only call for accommodations. Thank you for sharing your slice of heaven with my family and I. It was fantastic.

Amazing Stay

The property was even better than what the picture show. It had absolutely everything we could possibly want for our vacation. Our kids love the three different pools and easy access to the beach. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Paige has been one of the best hosts on this site! You really can’t get much better! Not only is her place amazing with great views but we got caught in hurricane Erin so we had to stay an extra week! Oh bummer right! lol we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Great Stay!

We really liked the location of this property - beyond the gorgeous view, it’s within walking distance of a little market and some great restaurants (In and Out pizza was amazing!). We found Paige’s restaurant recommendations to be super helpful and delicious and we enjoyed exploring beyond Maho Bay. We rented a car and getting around was easy, despite long traffic lines and roads that have seen better days. Overall, a great stay!

This was our first VRBO rental experience we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The owners were wonderful to work with and the property was just as described. We would recommend this property to others wanting to stay in St. Maarten. It is in a great location on the island!

Amazing!

The rental was perfect for our family. Beautiful view, lots of space and our kids loved the pools and private beach. We walked to mullet beach almost every day. Fat Tony’s was a favorite. There were lots of kitchen and beach supplies which helped a lot and the market being just down the block was very convenient. We also loved the recommendations. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful

Paige was the best host ever
.. always available with answers to any of our questions. Rainbow Beach Club is the BEST place to stay on SXM. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a wonderful French bakery!! Out two grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 1/2 loved swimming in the pools and playing at the private beach. We highly recommend this condo which was superb.

Exceeded All Expectations - Gorgeous Property!

Everything about our stay at Oceans SXM was absolutely perfect! Perfect accommodations and best location on the island. The pools and ocean access were SO close! We loved the spiral staircase down to our private beach. Paige makes sure you have all the comforts of home during your stay. Our rooms were clean and the VIEW!! Just wow! Can't wait to return. :) SXM is my new favorite island.

YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST!

I don’t even think words will do justice for just how perfect this condo was! Not only was Paige incredibly pleasant, responsive, and kind, but her place has it ALL! I mean from beach towels to sand castle toys to stocked spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent, all the appliances and necessities, it was just beautiful. One large beautiful room with bathroom and at the other end of the hall another large room with large bathroom right across the hall from the kids room! The view is perfect, steps down to the pool, very clean and well decorated and the access was so easy. The location is PERFECT. Private beach is breathtaking and the market across the street is fantastic. Jordan village is walking distance and has some great restaurants. I can’t say enough amazing things about our stay - it was truly 10/10!!

Perfect

I traveled to St. Martin for the week to enjoy diving and beaches. My husband, daughter, and mother joined me, and we had a fabulous week - we definitely made the most of it. Paige was fantastic in sharing recommendations regarding food and activities. We ate fresh local bakies each morning and alternated between dinners on the beach after a day in the sun and exquisite french dining on a few special nights. Our location was so conveniently located, and a few restaurants were within walking distance. If we are back at St. Martin we will book this place again.

We are a very active and well travelled family. We love exploring new places but also wanted a base in the Caribbean. Paige has lived many places in the states and several countries but continues to come back to the warm water and ocean breezes of the Caribbean. After 20 years in New England it was time to search for a warmer winter retreat!. We have been exploring the Caribbean islands for several years– searching for the place that suited our family. The perfect place to recharge as a family would have: #1 warm water, easy to access from the US & Europe, tropical breezes, ocean sports, hiking and great dining options. What did we find? Sint Maarten!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The entire island is beautiful, however the Dutch side, with its 110v electricity, make things much easier for US Travelers, and as avid aviation fans, the location is idea for plane watching, with none of the noise. You can’t beat the views, the people, the food and there is so much to do on Sint Maarten. If you like to explore it’s easy to venture to another island via the ferry (you can’t do that in Aruba). We love our condo at Rainbow Beach Club for many reasons - unobstructed views from our balcony, beautiful pools, the private beach accessible only by our staircase or boat, the proximity to the airport, Maho and Simpson Bay - and we can walk to restaurants and the beautiful Mullet Bay beach!


Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Oceans SXM is our family condo and rental unit that we are delighted to share with other families. We have updated the 3-bedroom unit to include a newly updated family bedroom that has a twin over full bunkbed, the second room has a king bed w/bath and the master bedroom has a king bed w/bath. Although the dining options are amazing on the island, you will find a well-furnished kitchen with pans so that you can prepare a nice meal. Linens and towels are provided (bath and beach) so pack your bags and bring your sun screen, you will need it! We are thankful to have one of the very few coveted 3 bedroom units, and the only one that is an end unit which provides an additional wall of windows for incredible natural light an ocean breezes.
