This property has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is upstairs and capitalises on the view with a queen bed, large en-suite and walk-in robe.



Downstairs has a family bathroom and two further bedrooms - a comfortable queen and a bunkroom comprising of two new solid bunks (sleeping 5) with quality mattresses.



Upstairs open plan living has dining, lounge, powder room and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen including double ovens, gas hob and double fridge/freezer.  A large butler’s pantry provides an espresso machine, beverage fridge and additional sink. 



This property is only a three-minute walk to a safe swimming beach and is just down the road from the Kuaotunu boat ramp and close to many other beautiful beaches such as Rings, Matarangi, Opito and reserves.



There is fast unlimited fibre and no TV.

The village has the popular food spot Luke's Kitchen as well as a cafe and the famous Icecreams at the Kuaotunu Store.



Ataahua is a short 3-minute walk to the beach.
