Free parking on the property and on the street. There's garage access for the kayaks - please note the owner also keeps their boat in the garage.



Guest Access:

You'll have the whole home to yourselves - all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area and living room - plus the hot tub, the BBQ, air conditioning and those amazing views. You have your own private jetty and direct access to the lake, so you can head down to the water whenever you like (just keep an eye on the little ones). The kayaks are yours to use from the garage, where the owner also keeps their boat.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked away in the lovely Okere Falls area on the shores of Lake Rotoiti, Lakefront Oasis is a peaceful lakeside getaway with plenty close by. The beautiful Okere Falls Scenic Reserve, with its waterfalls, is a quick drive away, and the famous Okere Falls Store - with its cafe and craft beer garden - along with white-water rafting and zip lining on the Kaituna are all just about three minutes up the road. You can even reach the Rotoiti Hot Pools by boat for a truly unique soak. It's calm lakeside living, while still being close to everything.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended out here, as public transport is limited, and there's free parking on site and on the street. Rotorua Airport is about a 13-minute drive. The city and its big attractions are all around 22 to 28 minutes away: the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest about 22 minutes, Te Puia around 24, and Zorb, Rotorua Canopy Tours, Skyline's gondola and luge and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa all roughly 26 to 28.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 93 Mbps. This is a lakefront property with direct lake access and a private jetty, so please keep an eye on children around the water. There's garage access for the kayaks, but please note the owner also stores their boat in the garage. The Rotoiti Hot Pools are accessible by boat only.
