This modern home oasis is stocked with all essentials needed so don't worry about a thing - you're on vacation! In Florida it's completely natural to have concerns about the possibility of encountering tropical bugs and critters. However, rest assured that our property is well-maintained by a reliable pest control service. They regularly inspect and treat the property to ensure that any potential bug issues are addressed promptly.

In addition to professional pest control, we also take extra precautions to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.

While it's always good to be prepared, we want to assure you that we prioritize your safety and comfort during your stay. We strive to create a clean and bug-free environment for our guests to enjoy their time with us.

The pool is maintained and serviced weekly. Please understand that there are many trees in the yard and some leaves in the pool may be inevitable. There is a skimmer available. The pool heater is equipped to work in mild climate however it could struggle if outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees F. We allow free heater usage from November through April. If you want to use it from May through October it will be a $50/day fee.

Please note that if you show up with a cat/dog there will be a $300 fine and you will be asked to leave with no refund, unless agreed upon in advance
