This three bedroom ground level apartment has all the convenience for a comfortable and relaxing stay, and perfect for couples or families.
It offers a magnificent view of Bream Bay from the front patio and is only a stone throw away from a fantastic sandy beach.
Perfect for swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding and surfcasting which is also popular, or just a stroll along the beach.
There are a number of walking tracks, the most popular one is the Langs Beach to Waipu Cove costal walk'. The Langs Beach scenic reserve bush track walk is also attracting popularity.
The Cove Cafe is only 3 kms away and provides a variety of menus.
There are several restaurants at Waipu including the very popular Pizza Barn.

Langs Beach - Stunning View

We stayed two nights at this lovely and spacious Langs Beach property.The property was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view across the water to Whangarei Heads was amazing.Many thanks for a memorable weekend!

The hosts were extremely hospitable and accommodating! The apartment is roomy and well equipped. Lovely view. Be advised. It is one bed, one bath with two lock out bedrooms which you must ask for in addition if you want more than one bedroom. Highly recommend.

Hi Janice, I would like to apologize for my misunderstanding on my part. The other two rooms and bathroom were locked because I didn't have the time to have it cleaned from my previous guests. Therefore, knowing that two adults were arriving I assumed there will be a couple/partners and only one room and bathroom was required. This totally my fault. I would like to make things better by offering you a 30% discount on your next visit or if you provide me with your account detail, I refund $100 to your nominated bank account. I apologize once again for the inconvenience I have caused. Kind regards. Monty

I highly recommend this property for anyone to stay at. The accommodation is generously sized with lots of room for family and friends. Lovely place to stay! Clean, comfortable, very well-equipped, easy walk to beach, to-die-for views and friendly hosts. Many thoughtful touches including great breakfast supplies were appreciated. Great place to holiday.

I am known by people that know me by the name of Monty, short for (Monticelli).
I have a keen interest in sports, especially Soccer (Football) played this for many years.
Now I just enjoy watching the top teams in the UK Premier League and the European top division matches on TV not to mention the World Cup and the European Championship a must to see.
Living at Langs Beach has given me other interests like taking a relaxing stroll along the beach in the mornings and late evenings.
Exploring the many bush walking tracks at Langs Beach.
Gardening and housework keeps me busy, but most of all I just love my fishing whether from a boat or from the beach.
Being a host has given me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life from all over the world.
Enjoying life at Langs Beach the Mecca of the North Island. .
