Modern Home with stunning sea and estuary views. A short 2 minute stroll and your toes are in the sand at either the surf beach or estuary. Beautifully decorated and well-appointed, this home offers the perfect getaway retreat at the beach. Enjoy BBQs on the deck after a day at the beach, watching the waves break and the colours change in the sky and over the sand dunes unique to this magical place.

Multiple entertaining areas both inside and out allow for adult and children to have their own space to relax. Plenty of space for two families to spread out and with four sleeping areas and three bathrooms it caters well to larger groups.

You'll struggle to decide whether to walk to the beach or to just open up the ranch sliders and just laze around the house enjoying the spectacular views.

Perfect spot by the beach

Was wonderful to relax in a luxury property so close to the beach. Very comfortable with heaps of space to unwind.

Prime location in magical Mangawhai!

Beautiful property, super close to the beach, clean and tidy, amazing view! Loved our stay here for a few days in the school holidays. Would be the perfect place to say in summer, as it is a very short, easy walk to the beach. Easy process, very friendly property manager. Would love to come back again soon!

Fabulous house, great location

Went here on a girls' weekend away. Perfect for a relaxing weekend. The house is stunning - modern and sparkling clean, kitted out with everything you'd need for a holiday and more (we haven't stayed at many baches with smart tvs or decent stereos before - perfect for rainy weather!). There are beautiful views of the water, the beach is only a short walk away, and it's only a short drive from the village. Responsive and welcoming property management team. The only thing that stopped us giving this 5 stars is the access (which we'd been notified about before), with a narrow turn at the top of the driveway making it difficult to get to the house, particularly in the dark. But a small price to pay for such a wonderful house. We would definitely go back for another girls' weekend.

Home with a view

Well located within walking distance to the beach and great views from each level plus 2 of the bedrooms. Huge decks and a substantal barbacue. Village only 5 mins away in the car for supplies if required. There is quite a few stairs to the front foor and again some more from the 2nd floor to the first. Great set up with tv and music if looking to chill. The property manager was very accommodating and prompt with any questions. Highly recommened!

Dad's 60th weekend

Perfect house for a family weekend, split levels means there is lots of room to spread out (and wee ones to nap away from main living areas), great facilities - everything we needed and amazing views. Hired the linen - towels were a bit threadbare and we only had 2 tea towels so had to use the washer/dryer to refresh them all a couple of times.

Perfect Two Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach Casa - even with terrible weather the view was amazing and still made for a relaxing time. Wonderful set up for a two families. There is the master upstairs with ensuite along with kitchen, dining and living. The lower level has two bedrooms, kitchenette, dining and living with another bathroom and laundry. Well decorated and although not used this time, will set up and lots of storage if staying longer to make for a comfortable storage. As we had a baby with us, we were highly impressed with the cot and change table. Easy and friendly communication

We enjoyed a fantastic weekend in this well appointed home. The location and views were a highlight and there is plenty of outdoor deck area to enjoy the scenery.

Gorgeous property with great indoor - outdoor flow and entertaining areas to choose from! Short stroll to the beach, fantastic views from the deck and having two kitchen areas was fantastic. Property is in beautifully clean and tidy. Owner is a dream to work with and pre-arrival information and details are brilliant. Will be returning for the next trip!
