Welcome to your modern beachside escape at 106 Mediterranean Way — a beautifully designed townhouse just minutes from the sand, with everything you need for a relaxing and entertaining getaway.

Step inside to discover an open and airy layout filled with natural light and coastal charm. The spacious living room invites you to relax with plush seating and access to the outdoor patio — perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The large, updated kitchen features sleek appliances, a spacious island, and ample seating for cooking, dining, and gathering with ease.

Upstairs, the dedicated game room is packed with entertainment, including a pool table, reclining couches, and a movie-ready setup ideal for game nights or cozy family time. By day, use the desk area as a quiet workspace — then unwind with popcorn and a film after sunset.

This home sleeps up to 8 guests across three inviting bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite on the first floor. Upstairs there are two queen bedrooms both with balcony access. The home also includes two full bathrooms (one ensuite) and a convenient downstairs half-bath.

Overall, our stay was fine, but there were a couple of things that were disappointing and should have been communicated upfront.It was a big deal for us to book a property in a gated community, and upon arrival we found the gate was completely broken. That left me feeling uneasy for the duration of our stay, as the added sense of security was one of the main reasons we chose this home.Additionally, there was a “for sale” sign in the yard when we arrived. That immediately raised concerns about potential showings during our stay, which was never disclosed by the owner. Transparency around something like that is expected, especially at this price point.Neither of these issues ruined the trip, but they did impact our experience and should have been communicated in advance.

Beautiful, Clean and a Great Location.

My friend and I enjoyed a beautiful week in the area. Everything about your place was great and we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We spent a lot of time on the road looking for home in the area for me, but when we were there everything worked and we had a great time.

Relaxing Getaway

The property is very close to the beach. The area was very quiet. The house was nicely decorated and smelled nice coming in. The hostess was very attentive. The area is 15 minutes to downtown Melbourne and 25 to Downtown Cocoa Beach. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Cute and functional

The house was clean and very functional. Having three bedrooms with large beds was important to us and it was a good house layout and setup. Large patio area with a lot of seating. Nice furniture and well decorated.

Spacious home

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and offered plenty of room both inside and out for our family. The downside was the barbecue was a broken but property manager did send someone to clean and repair it. We recommend they replace it.

I would like to sincerely share my appreciation for the hospitality and the warm welcome to this home. The communication was proactive and welcoming and they ensured my family and our friends had a fantastic time. The home was perfect in every way and they continued to communicate with us to check in and see if there was anything they could do to make the stay better. We had everything we needed and more in this home and would highly recommend staying here.
